This was our first mini-vacation since the Covid restrictions started in Massachusetts. Naturally, we had concerns, but Jo-Ann was wonderful and did everything possible to reassure us that proper safety precautions were being followed. Everything was impeccably clean, and any virus concerns we had disappeared immediately upon arrival. The inn is a lovely 18th century home and is very tastefully decorated with a seacoast motif, blending historic charm with modern amenities. We stayed in the Lydia room, which is large and filled with light. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast by Elsie and Jo-Ann, timed so that we alone were scheduled for seating in the lovely dining room, a portion of which must have been the original kitchen with large fireplace, and is surrounded by windows looking out onto the lovely garden area. It just felt like home, and we were treated like family, including those extra touches that say welcome. We've stayed at several B&B's on the Cape over many years and had some wonderful experiences. We would rank this one among the very best. We will definitely return. The Sea Meadow Inn is a truly relaxing and peaceful spot to escape.

Jo-Ann was an excellent host, the Inn was super clean and breakfast made by Elsie was delicious. It was my boyfriends 40th and they even sang him happy birthday at breakfast! We will definitely be returning! Thank you, Sarah and Phillip

This is our second time staying at the Sea Meadow and we will be back. Everything was excellent: the room, grounds, hospitality and breakfast gourmet. We felt very safe there from any virus concerns as everything was immaculate and hygienic. Extra steps have clearly been taken which makes us comfortable during these times. Joann is a great innkeeper and person. Highly recommended.

We had nothing but the best for our 3 night stay at this B and B. Our stay was everything you would like at a B and B. Excellent breakfast's, comfortable bedding, and Inn keeper Jo Ann and chef Elsie were so pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if we are in that area.

This is my happy place! Sparkling clean rooms, comfy beds, personal touches. Amazing breakfast by Elsie and Jo-Ann. Freshly baked pastries at breakfast and treats at night. They care about your stay and helpful about places to visit. It was our birthdays and they had wine and chocolates in our room. Truly a special place
