My husband and I had such a beautiful trip to New England and one of the highlights of our trip was our stay at Brewster by the Sea in the Sea Meadow room. The inkeeper, Amy, was so delightful and our room was beautifully appointed with luxurious linens and specialty bath items. We had a super comfortable 4-poster King bed with wonderful pillows (we loved the wool ones!), a mini fridge/freezer, coffee maker and just about everything else we could have ever wanted. In the morning, Amy brought over a fresh pot of coffee and mugs for us and then a delicious gourmet breakfast about 30 minutes later. Our room looked out on Drummer Boy Park with a view of a charming windmill which we had a chance to explore. We loved the location of the inn because we only had two days to explore the Cape and it was centrally located. We visited just prior to season on purpose and didn't care a bit that some places weren't open yet because we got to explore everything we wanted to see without heavy crowds. We took a drive to Provincetown and had a good chance to visit areas around there and then spent a whole day stopping in some shops in Brewster, visiting the Edward Gorey house (fabulous!) in Yarmouth and exploring the Cape Cod National Seashore and visiting some of the lighthouse locations and seeing the natural areas which were beautiful. We'd like to say thank you to Amy for making our trip so special and that we'll definitely be coming back again to spend more time at the lovely Brewster by the Sea Inn.

Lovely picturesque Inn with beautiful blooming flowers and trees all around the grounds. Rooms are spacious and every little detail thought of. The inn keeper goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is above expectations. Her gourmet breakfasts are delicious! A great place to relax and unwind!

The hostess was the mostest, the Bayberry room a delight, the breakfasts sublime, and the stay too short. The room was spacious and clean, the bed soft yet supportive, the shower water fell like rain. BBS is convenient, only 18 minutes to Cape Sea Grille in Harwich on the south shore.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Brewster By The Sea! We had touch-less checkin which could not have been easier. Our room was beautiful and immaculate. The the bed was extremely comfortable and in the morning Amy delivered such a great breakfast right to our room. The eggs, coffee, fresh fruit and blueberry bread were wonderful. Also we have to mention the ginger snap cookies that were outside our room when we checked in - a yummy and very nice touch! There was a folder full of local information in our room- we took advantage of a couple of the local hikes that were described in the folder. We can’t wait to return to visit Amy and the wonderful Brewster by the Sea!

Brewster By The Sea captured our hearts: Our checkin was touchless and went exactly as promised. Amy came outside to warmly welcome us as we arrived (and she came to say goodbye as we were leaving too!). Our room was large and immaculate, with all the thoughtful touches we could have asked for. The bed was comfortable with wool pillows, wool mattress pad and wool comforter. (It was so comfortable that we are newly converted fans of wool bedding). There was a folder chock full of tips and local information in our room. Sweet Pea (a dog just like her name) was there on the grounds to visit with if you find yourself missing your pup. Breakfasts were delivered to our room - hearty, beautifully presented, and so very delicious. Even the fruit was perfectly ripened. But what really makes Brewster By The Sea so special is Amy Chestnut, the Innkeeper, and her amazing team. Every detail is considered and thoughtful- both for guests, and for the planet. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

Brewster By The Sea Inn is the ideal accommodation for those who appreciate attention to detail. The owner, Amy, has thought of everything to make her guests feel right at home. The accommodations were very nice but the best part of our visit was the breakfast in the morning. Amy is a wonderful hostess. We would highly recommend this unique place for an overnight visit or an extended stay and we would definitely like to visit them again soon! Mike & Cheryl
