Detailed Reviews
Andrea and Rob are outstanding inn owners totally dedicated to those who visit with endless joy and excitement about what to see and do in Brewster. We were looking for a place to explore and to get out of Boston and find a new place that we hadn’t been to before on the Cape. We felt totally safe and cared for while staying there. We were there on a Friday and Saturday and had dinner there Friday night which was excellent. Two delicious breakfasts at Spinnaker, which has a total of four rooms, that made attentive Service, and Andrea’s consistent attention to detail outstanding. This is why you stay at a small B&B on the Cape. Everything perfect from the incredibly clean rooms with white fluffy towels, very soft cotton sheets and a very comfortable bed And more. A perfect weekend.

Outstanding al fresco dinner here with a friend last night. Starters were summer salad (with grilled peaches) and the grilled octopus (beautifully tender). Mains were beef short rib and tagliatelle bolognese. I’m a bit of a bolognese “snob”, as my Italian grandmother served her own homemade bolognese every Sunday. Sorry Nonna, this was better! Ricotta cheesecake with blueberry compote was shared for dessert. Light and delicious, and a hint of anise in the blueberry sauce added surprise complexity to the flavor profile.
The outdoor space was nicely decorated, with tiny white lights for ambiance and large umbrellas over the tables. Our server (Alex) was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
Our first visit but not our last. So happy they could accommodate us on short notice during high season. Thank you Andrea, chef, Alex, and team!

We stay in Brewster each year at the Captain Freeman Inn and we look forward to dinner, on the night of our arrival, at Spinnaker. The service this year was even more spectacular than past years and the food was just wonderful. We usually eat inside the restaurant, but they also have al fresco seating if you prefer. A special dining experience!

Such a treat! We had a wonderful experience here on a recent Sunday night. The setting is lovely. We really enjoyed the detail and the flavors for the delicious cocktails, appetizers, and dinners. Staff were very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with one of the owners. This is a real gem!

5 STARS! Absolutely fantastic. There were 6 of us. Three had the sword fish, 2 had evening fish special and one had the pasta special. The restaurant is an old house with separate rooms throughout. Walk-in dining is probably never going to happen. You definitely need a reservation but the wait is worth it. Andrea, your host is also the owner. Definitely will return next season!

We finally braved it during this pandemic and went to the Spinnaker to celebrate our 44th anniversary. The food and hospitality were second to none! Andrea and Rob are such gracious hosts. The rooms are simple but spotless, with thought to detail. The restaurant was superb with great variety. The location was great, walking distance from the beach. We can’t wait to go back! Such a relaxing oasis in these crazy times!

Spinnaker is the latest addition to the foodie scene on Cape Cod. Andrea and Rob have created a warm and friendly space with a "beachy" feel and deliver a terrific experience to their diners. Great service and selection of entrees including bass, swordfish, tuna and bolognese dishes. Relaxed pace and delicious desserts! Bravo!

What a find! My boyfriend and I stayed at Spinnaker for a week and loved every minute. Rob and Andrea were such gracious hosts and there were so many small details that made our stay truly special. A few of my favorite details include refreshing house cocktail when we checked in, luxury bathrobes and lush bedding, san pellegrino sparkling water and yummy chocolates replenished daily, friendly and accommodating service, and beachy chic decor. My favorite part of the stay was the gourmet breakfasts each morning. And I'm not talking store bought bagels and pastries. Each morning there was a delicious spread of fritata, croissants, caprese salad, toast and jam, bacon, sausage, blueberry cake, juice; etc. It was the best part of the day.
We also had dinner one night during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. We will definitely be back!

The Bramble Inn was my go to bar/restaurant. Sad to see them go. I was interested in the new iteration. Asked around. No one had tried it. My friend and I went tonight. Let's just say that as I was leaving, I said to the hostess, "we won't be back". Her response? "Thanks for coming."
i'm not a grumpy diner. Having said that, the entire experience was weird. Walked in the front door to the bar. Do you have a reservation? Yes. Walk straight ahead and take a left. The hostess was ensconced in a lifeless room. In fact, the entire place was painted white on white. Sterile. We were taken to a table (once lovely, but the windows separating said table from the porch had been removed making the room we were to be seated in an echo chamber. We asked to be moved. Blah blah blah The food was mediocre. The service was strange. The order was wrong. The check out was bizarre - a paper check with an iPad payment. Seriously, don't go unless you can't get a reservation somewhere else. If you end up there, order the kale salad. Period. Beautiful building in the center of Brewster. Very sad
