Dining is a must here. They take all Covid precautions. All Servers were friendly, Covid cautious and presentation of the meals were excellent. We liked it so much we went back the next night. Nice wine by the glass list.
Andrea and Rob are outstanding inn owners totally dedicated to those who visit with endless joy and excitement about what to see and do in Brewster. We were looking for a place to explore and to get out of Boston and find a new place that we hadn’t been to before on the Cape. We felt totally safe and cared for while staying there. We were there on a Friday and Saturday and had dinner there Friday night which was excellent. Two delicious breakfasts at Spinnaker, which has a total of four rooms, that made attentive Service, and Andrea’s consistent attention to detail outstanding. This is why you stay at a small B&B on the Cape. Everything perfect from the incredibly clean rooms with white fluffy towels, very soft cotton sheets and a very comfortable bed And more. A perfect weekend.
There are not enough stars in the universe to rate Rob and Andrea! This was our third stay at this amazing oasis. The room we have stayed in was as lovely and inviting as ever. Spotless, bright and fully equipped with a small fridge, espresso maker and the usual bath amenities. Very comfy king bed with extra pillows and blankets at the ready. There is a small porch with a separate entrance off of the the room. It housed a table and 2 chairs and a chaise. It is up a flight of stairs so may not be for one who finds stairs difficult. As previously mentioned, this was our third stay and we were welcomed back as if we were family. Rob and Andrea are ABSOLUTELY THE MOST AMAZING HOSTS! Due to Covid, dining was al fresco. Andrea asked if we would like to dine on our porch, and insisted on making it a divine experience! we had just come off of planning and executing a backyard wedding with all the trimmings for our daughter, so were in need of time to recoup, refresh and relax. Andrea graciously and with energy that seems to know no bounds made certain we were pampered. We dined each evening on Chef Rob's AMAZING interpretations of Mediterranean cuisine. Every single morsel was a culinary delight and a gift to the palate. As we sipped a cocktail on our porch we could smell the aromas wafting from the kitchen. We tried the farm salad, caprese salad, octopus salad and clam toasts. Every ingredient was fresh and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The presentations were works of art! Our entrees were equally wonderful and delectable. We sampled the swordfish, chicken, Rob's incredible bolongnese, eggplant, lamb and the day boat pasta. I am drooling as I write! The desserts were divine! We sampled a different one each night which we split. All delicious. Each morning we were treated to an amazing breakfast. Each morning it was something different. For two of our mornings we were the only guests. We thought it would be scaled down. NOPE! It was even more incredible! Perfectly cooked crisp bacon on a light croissant with a perfectly cooked egg, fresh tomato and basil. Are you drooling yet? It was accompanied by Greek yogurt with home made Sicilian lemon curd, honey and walnuts. Nope, not done yet. A lovely, perfectly ripened platter of fruit followed. This morning we were served a breakfast board...needless to say it was over the top. Burrata and honey, parmesan chunks, hard cooked eggs, salami mini grain bread toasted cheese and the amazing yogurt and fruit...I think Rob thought we were a small country with the amount served! (But then Andrea swooped in and packed up the leftovers so we'd have something to nibble when we arrived home. We cannot say enough or thank them enough. It's obvious that they love what they do and wish to ensure that all guests are meant to feel pampered. The staff say how great they are and you could hear dinner guests thanking them by name. Obviously they have repeat guests. Do yourself a favor and become one of those people. You will thank yourself! Enjoy!…
We finally braved it during this pandemic and went to the Spinnaker to celebrate our 44th anniversary. The food and hospitality were second to none! Andrea and Rob are such gracious hosts. The rooms are simple but spotless, with thought to detail. The restaurant was superb with great variety. The location was great, walking distance from the beach. We can’t wait to go back! Such a relaxing oasis in these crazy times!
Me and my husband spent four nights in this nice location. We enjoyed the lovely room with kingside bed and little deck. If you stay in at the Spinnacker you will be spoilt with amazing breakfasts. We also had dinner twice and loved the food, the great service and the Italian touch. Make sure you make a reservation...they are super booked...no surprise. I truly hope we will be back. Many thanks again for making our stay so special. Susanne and Christoph
