Desk staff in the evening was not very attentive to guest needs. No hot coffee or hot water at their "24 Hour" coffee center. No meat at breakfast one morning. Hotel is in a rather industrial area. A little noise goes a long way.More

Hotel was clean, we had free internet and free parking. Pool was smaller than expected. The staff was nice and the complimentary breakfast had a big selection, including a waffle maker, which the kids enjoyed.

Been a great trip if I was a dog. Constant barking from a huge German Shepard that the staff refused to quite forced me to change hotels. They refused to move my room and did nothing to quiet the dog.

We apologize about the barking dog and the owner was contacted once the noise was brought to our attention. Within 15 minutes the owner arrived and the dog was quieted down.

The Trolley tour will pick you up at the hotel and take you into downtown - leaves at 8 every morning and then leaves the city at 5 to take you back. I think it was $30
