#1 of 6 B&Bs / Inns in Barnstable
Travelers' Choice
A luxury Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of Cape Cod’s Historic district just minutes away from Barnstable Village and Harbor. Ashley Manor sits on a serene and stately 2 acres with private tennis court and six beautifully appointed guest rooms. Four grand suites and two spacious deluxe rooms comprise the Manor. Each suite features a wood-burning fireplace, full private bath and a two-person Jacuzzi tub. The deluxe rooms offer en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. A chef inspired breakfast is served on the French style patio in warm weather and moved indoors to the formal dining room with a wood burning fireplace during the colder season. Additional amenities include Lux linens and towels, Beekman 1802 bath toiletries, free WIFI, HDTV's in all guest rooms and parking for one car. Step through the front door and experience the homes rich history that includes hidden doors that once kept Loyalist safe during the Revolutionary War. A cooking arm still remains in the homes original fireplace along with a BeeHive Oven in the living room. If the walls could talk, there may be rumors that the home was once a stop on the Underground Railroad. A stay at Ashley Manor offers not only History and Luxury, but unparalleled Hospitality and Customer Service as well!

We loved our stay at Ashley Manor, even extending for an extra night mid-stay. We chose the Ashley Suite to get a private entrance given COVID, and loved it. The room was beautiful and cozy, with all the luxurious touches included. Breakfast every morning was a joy and so delicious. Keith and Alison are fantastic hosts. Fresh baked cookies one evening and fully flexible based on our vegan/vegetarian requirements. Highly recommend!

Property's Favorite Review
Allison and Keith are fantastic owners of this charming bed and breakfast. Their personalized service is over the top and better than just about anything I've experienced elsewhere. As a lifetime platinum Marriott member, I tend to stay loyal to the brand. The coronavirus has caused me to look outside their footprint, and places like Ashley Manor will make me wonder what else I may have been missing. Aside from the top notch service of the new proprietors (they just took over earlier this year), the property is well-located in Cape Cod and also features a fantastic tennis court on the property, which we used practically every day of the 5 days we stayed there. Allison and Keith also offer beach towels, pickle ball rackets and balls, and a variety of board games for play. In addition, they also offer a variety of cookies and small bottles of water as refreshments on the property. Did I mention they serve you a fresh, homemade breakfast every day? I'm tempted to say they should probably be charging more for their wonderful stays - granted, with COVID and this being their first year perhaps they are keen to ensure they build the right track record. But seriously, you're being a fool if you haven't already booked your stay in Cape Cod at Ashley Manor.

My husband and I stayed here celebrating our first wedding anniversary. We stayed in the Ashley suite and we’re so glad we chose Ashley Manor. It’s a beautiful inn in a lovely section of Barnstable. It’s quiet and still in a great location to quickly reach dining and other attractions. The owners are the nicest West Coast transplants who truly made us feel welcomed and at home. They took all COVID precautions without sacrificing quality or comfort. And breakfast was everything... Better than any inn experience I’ve ever had!
