Travelers' Choice
A luxury Bed and Breakfast located in the heart of Cape Cod’s Historic district just minutes away from Barnstable Village and Harbor. Ashley Manor sits on a serene and stately 2 acres with private tennis court and six beautifully appointed guest rooms. Four grand suites and two spacious deluxe rooms comprise the Manor. Each suite features a wood-burning fireplace, full private bath and a two-person Jacuzzi tub. The deluxe rooms offer en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. A chef inspired breakfast is served on the French style patio in warm weather and moved indoors to the formal dining room with a wood burning fireplace during the colder season. Additional amenities include Lux linens and towels, Beekman 1802 bath toiletries, free WIFI, HDTV's in all guest rooms and parking for one car. Step through the front door and experience the homes rich history that includes hidden doors that once kept Loyalist safe during the Revolutionary War. A cooking arm still remains in the homes original fireplace along with a BeeHive Oven in the living room. If the walls could talk, there may be rumors that the home was once a stop on the Underground Railroad. A stay at Ashley Manor offers not only History and Luxury, but unparalleled Hospitality and Customer Service as well!

A big, big thank you to Keith and Allison for another amazing stay at their beautiful bed and breakfast inn. We truly felt like a" King and Queen" thanks to our very special accommodations in the Queen Charlotte Suite. This was our second stay at this gorgeous and historic property and we are already looking forward to our next stay here! Keith and Allison are absolutely wonderful hosts and take the time to really get to know their guests. Their inn is gorgeous from the original plank floors to the built-ins to the exquisitely decorated sitting areas and guest rooms. They have kept the original antique features and added their own loving, homey and personal touches to make this inn so very charming. The minute you walk through the front door you feel at home and so welcomed. We stayed in the Queen Charlotte Suite which was absolutely amazing with the four post king sized bed, very comfortable sitting area, walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi area with a very large vanity (which had plenty of counter space, drawers, etc.). The linens, duvet, bed coverings and towels are top quality and so luxurious as are the lotions and shower gels. The breakfasts on both mornings of our stay were delicious - we were treated to fresh fruit topped with a ricotta/honey mixture, breakfast muffins, buckwheat waffles with homemade apple-butter and fresh whipped cream; and a frittata with potatoes and roasted tomatoes. Each morning the breakfasts were as delicious as they were healthy. The grounds of the inn are also gorgeous and house a very pretty gazebo, beautiful flowers and plantings, and tennis courts! Keith and Allison truly love what they do and it absolutely shows in every aspect and detail from the time you book your stay with them through your departure of this truly wonderful bed and breakfast inn. Again, thank you both for such a memorable and amazing stay. You both are wonderful and we truly enjoyed your company and conversation. Nancy and Paul

Property's Favorite Review
Ashley Manor is a real standout in area full of charming and historic bed and breakfasts , located on the famous King’s Highway in Barnstable, on Cape Cod. We decided to run away from our home on Martha’s Vineyard and spend the weekend before Christmas on Cape Cod. We have stayed in many lovely places on the Cape over the years , but Ashley Manor has raised the bar for a bed and breakfast experience in the area. The Inn is beautiful , historic and charming , but updated with just the right amount of modern amenities , that fit perfectly with the character of the property. A great deal of care went into the recent renovations and it shows. We loved the jacuzzi in the room, and the large open feel of the bedroom was a huge plus. As it was a chilly night , we made good use of the lovely fireplace and it was a perfect addition to the surroundings. The bed was perfect, and the location was nice and quiet , even though the Inn is right on busy Route 6A. Breakfast was wonderful as well, everything was home made and prepared perfectly by the innkeepers , Keith and Allison , who were gracious hosts as well as terrific chefs. The Inn is very close to Hyannis, as well as Yarmouthport , Mashpee, and Sandwich , making it very convenient for exploring the mid Cape. If you are looking for a cozy and romantic escape to the Cape and want to avoid the noise and traffic of the busier neighborhoods, do yourself a huge favor and stay at the Ashley Manor. You may not want to stay anywhere else.We look forward to staying again soon. Thank you Keith and Allison for a truly relaxing and beautiful stay.

Room was super clean, even before COVID I was a “clean freak” and you will not be disappointed in this place! The two person soaker tub was awesome. The bed was firm, but comfy. The separate shower had good pressure. Breakfast was very nice and welcoming. The entire place is so nicely decorated, highly recommend!!
