Each suite features a wood-burning fireplace, full private bath and a two-person Jacuzzi tub. The deluxe rooms offer en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. What an amazing Inn. It is centrally located so we got the chance to see so much of Cape Code. Minutes from the ferry so we added Martha's Vineyard to one of our day trips. The Innkeepers were delightful and charming and breakfasts were just delicious and the presentation was just beautiful. I never realized how much history occurred on Cape Code with the Mayflower stopping in Chatham before Plymouth...and the inn itself has so many stories to tell. I will absolutely be back and if you are on the cape I would make this my inn of choice,

Property's Favorite Review
My wife and I returned to Ashley Manor 26yrs after our first visit when we were dating. Ashley Manor is a beautiful and cozy bed and breakfast. Kevin and Allison are the new owners and they really impressed. We were their first guests this past weekend and they were very attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and Allison makes a mean crust on her quiche. Not to be outdone, Kevin bakes his own bread which was warm and delicious. They brought their California flair to the Cape. They made sure our stay and overall experience would merit a return. We will certainly not let 26yrs pass before our return.

What more could we ask for October at the Cape? First off, it’s very clean, so zero concerns staying during COVID. We had the Queen Charlotte room with fireplace and spacious jacuzzi tub. King bed is definitely comfortable. The room has a hidden passage that was used to hide loyalists during the American revolution, very cool history here! Homemade breakfast every morning was sweet and savory... I’m a picky eater and enjoyed it all. Keith and Allison specifically made paleo waffles, cookies, and frittatas just for my husband, so good! Their dishes were better than the restaurants! It’s a historical inn with a modern, crisp and calm Cape decor/feel and beautiful hardwood floors. Perfect choice for a peaceful, quiet stay, but close enough to drive quickly to the beach, Wellfleet flea market, cranberry bogs, walking through land reservations, Hyannis shops etc... Keith and Allison are friendly, warm and inviting without any pretentious feel, classy but relaxed. Definitely recommend.

First visit to Cape Cod and I was fortunate enough to pick the perfect spot to land. This Inn is beautifully appointed, so comfortable, and offers the best breakfast I have had at a B&B. The rooms are spacious and upscale. Our host Keith and Allison are so friendly and professional. It has been a great pleasure spending time at their home. The location offers a great opportunity to enjoy fabulous local restaurants, history and beautiful natural scenery.

We had such a wonderful weekend at Ashley Manor with Allison and Keith! Their warm welcome made us feel at home immediately. I’m still dreaming of the breakfasts- two courses and everything was homemade... my mouth is watering thinking of it now. The rooms themselves are a great size with comfy beds. It was great to curl up in the evening with the fireplace going. My only regret is I didn’t get to check out the jacuzzi tub but I had to save something for the next visit!
