The arcade was closed , I was there’re for a night and they said yogi will be around later in the week I stay during a Sunday, was not able to even get a go cart due to 2 day minimum , played mini golf (on dated course) not very clean . No laser tag nothing !! I was very disappointed I could of saved a 2 hour drive to play mini golf . The point of bringing my family and son was for the experience you see online. Son was really disapointed yogi was not there or any character no night time movie 🍿. Everything they say was a activity was closed !! I paid a lot of money to come enjoy and left very disappointed

Hi Tim - we apologize for the confusion. Activities and attractions are limited to weekends only during non-peak season, which is listed on our website. During the week, you can still enjoy the pedal carts, sports courts (including basketball, volleyball, gaga ball, and horseshoes), mini golf, and the playgrounds! We are very sorry about any miscommunication that may have occurred. We hope to welcome you back on a weekend or during peak season so we can show you all that we have to offer!

Overall we felt that the cost of stay was expensive for the type of "comfort" you get. Cabin amenities on the web-site were misleading/confusing. We had expected the sink and toilet in the cabin that were not there, but were present in the description of the rental. Activities for the kids were Ok. The "heated" pool was not heated in reality. We are unlikely to go back. This place isn't there to please and provide a great service to the visitors. Seems like they are after people's money.

Oh no! We are very sorry to hear this. Could you please email us or message us on Facebook about which cabin type you are referring to? We don't want any of our campers to be mislead, and want to fix this asap. As for activities, we recommend booking during our peak season, where we have planned activities daily from dawn to dusk! Despite this, we hope to welcome you back in the future so we can show you all that we have to offer.

We booked a cabin at Jellystone in December. Price for 3 nights--$606. Our friends who were originally going to tent camp, decided to move to a cabin because of the cold weather. This was the end of April. They were upgraded to a two room, 3 bed cabin with a small kitchen and screened porch for about half of what we prepaid. No, we didn't talk to the office about this because we could tell that this was a very corporate run property. All rules, no flexibility. We think they should also have bare necessities. Soap, a plate, bowl, utensils, paper towels. But you have to bring everything. We felt ripped off for the high prices despite most of the amenities being closed, either for COVID or the time of year. I would not stay here again.

Hi Judy - we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay. All cabins are priced differently. We also have dynamic pricing similar to the airline and hotel industry, where rates tend to change. Our cabins come with the basic necessities, like toilet paper and pots & pans. We don't provide everything because many of our campers like to maintain that "camping feel" while glamping. Many of our attractions are open, the only ones that are not are our water attractions due to the cold. We apologize for any confusion! In the future, we always recommend speaking to a manager during your stay so we can solve the problem right away. Despite this, we hope to welcome you back in the future so we can show you all that we have to offer!
