One elevator out of service, leaving only one elevator for a 7 story hotel; leading to some long wait times to get to our room. When we got to the room, there were no toiletries and had to search down the housekeeper to get some. Whether it was the service provider or the TV itself, TV reception very poor and...

I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. I know how frustrating the elevator situation was! We have been on the phone with the elevator company since it stopped working on Thursday trying to get parts and service in time for the weekend. Unfortunately, the part had to be shipped in from out of town and we...

Stayed 2 nights while my daughter checked out a nearby college. Didn't think about Timonium til a friend suggested it was cheaper than Baltimore and close to the light rail, so visiting Inner Harbor was easy. Hotel was fine, comfortable, clean, quiet. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast as I was too tired to get up the next day! Thanks to staff,...

Budget hotel that did its job. If you just need a place to stay in this area on a budget and don't need many amenities, then this works for you. It's not a place to enjoy a vacation or anything though.

We stayed 2 nights for a family wedding in the area. The room was average sized. It was clean. The bathroom is small. Beware of the slippery tubs. The room has a small kitchen area including a mini frig which is always handy to have. The $5 buffet breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon and french toast along with the usual...

I booked this hotel for one night to visit a university in the area for a sporting event. Easy to get to just off the freeway, welcoming staff, slightly outdated but renovated enough to be comfortable and clean inside and out. Comfortable beds, great amenities with full kitchen, toiletries and restaurant attached to the hotel. Parkjng could be more ample...

Reading the reviews and looking at this hotel from the outside, I expected much more but was sorely disappointed. Unfortunately, once you make your way inside you realize it is what it is-a former budget hotel that they've tried to retrofit to Holiday Inn standards, but didn't quite make it. To begin with, the carpeting in the elevators and hallway...

Just spent 5 nights here. We stay in the area 2-3 times/year but the hotel we usually go to hiked their prices so decided to try something new. Had a very nice stay. Very clean. Had a kitchen, which is nice for a longer stay. Most of front desk staff were friendly and attentive- Monica went out of her way...

I stayed here for the first time in Feb 2014, for 5 nights, after a nearby hotel changed ownership. I found it to be a very clean and well presented hotel, located within a minute or so off the I-83 and aprrox 10/15mins drive to Towson. The rooms were very clean and the I found the staff to be attentive...

20 minutes to downtown, kitchen in the room, Chili's on the ground floor, hot and cold $5 breakfast, and all in all a decent low cost alternative for business north of Baltimore (right beside Paypal). This is a former Day's Inn, but in decent shape, clean and inexpensive. Further down the road you have a place called Michael's Grill which...
