I made a reservation and contact hotel to see if my family could stay using a discount. The hotel told me that my family would be able to stay. Now I made the reservation about a month and half ago, when my family arrived to check-in they where told "NO". They couldn't use my discount. Even though I called and...

Our room was large and clean and quiet, perfect.... BUT in the morning we went downstairs to breakfast, and each and every table was empty of customers, and not one of the tables had been cleaned. they were filthy actually, so we went across the street to Bob Evans, and it was great

This was my first time at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is a Chili's Restaurant attached to the hotel where you can eat and drink. There are also some other places to eat within walking distance. The room was quiet and comfortable. This was an enjoyable stay.

My daughter and I traveled to Baltimore for a medical appointment at Johns Hopkins and stayed at Holiday Inn Timonium. Samantha, Robin, and Mike went out of their way to ensure our visit experience was terrific! They recommended local dining venues, advised how to use the Light Rail and MARC trains to tour DC, and taught us how to read...

The best room we've had for years - and a wonderful hot breakfast for $5.00! We used to stay at Best Westerns. The Holiday Inn kickback is better. Even though we had a free room, we accumulated points!

First of all, there was no water service to the building the night of arrival; I understand the water issue was out of their hands ( City of Baltimore Water Works ), but still, treat your guests/customers with respect. Offer something (free meal, free cable, free night???). All I was told was that there was no water, and the front...

My Boyfriend and I stayed here to be close to a wedding we were attending. We had a very nice King Rm on the 7th floor, it was close to the highway, but still it was a nice view. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We had a very late check in, due to our flight, but I had...

We stay here annually and rent a block of rooms for our family reunion. The pool is really nice and the staff great. It is close to many restaurants and also has a fitness room. Looking forward to next year's visit.

The hotel is very easy to find, literally right off the highway! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and were always accommodating to my request. When entering the room I found it to be very clean, with a mini fridge, nice shower and spacious bathroom..none of those cramped bathrooms where you feel like you're in a walk-in closet. The bed...

All of the employees I've encountered at this Holiday Inn's front desk have been quite pleasant, but one employee in particular has been extremely helpful. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn numerous times. One of their front desk employees, Ricky, has been consistently accommodating, and recently assisted me in booking a room far past the usual check-in time. I...
