We were invited to an outdoor wedding at the Antrim 1844 House Hotel and were stunned at the beauty and romance of the gardens, fountains and shade trees at this lovely location. It was the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding with white chairs set up on a pristine lawn under large shade trees. Perfectly manicured rose gardens with gravel... More

I was so fortunate to stay in the General Lee suite. The room was simply beautiful, the place is wonderful and magnificent. I truly enjoyed my stay. It is worth the extra money to stay in the suites. I was delighted to be there. The restaurant is five stars and worth every bite! The entire experience is incredible.

A beautiful building that houses mostly disappointment and frustration. This is an establishment that charges top dollar but is very much centred on doing things it's own way. Certainly not customer centric. Simple things, they put you in a house on the edge of the grounds but then no phone to ask how things work in the room. Toilet flush... More

The Antrim property is beautiful and the staff, rooms, service and pub are top notch! Everyone involved - from the front desk staff, wedding coordinator, bartenders, etc. were extremely professional and very helpful. If ever we are in the area again, we will revisit this hotel

We got married here last year and had the best wedding of the year. Seriously, it blew everyone away and by far exceeded our expectations for how much it cost us. We looked at a ton of place and this was the best value in the DC/MD/VA area. Not to mention folks got to stay on campus afterwards in some... More

We stayed at the Antrim 1844 at the recommendation of a colleague whose daughter was recently married at this venue. We were not disappointed. My advice is to choose your room wisely as there are so many too choose from. It does come down to your personal preferences. We enjoy our privacy so the Sleigh Room was truly ideal for... More

Love the fireplaces in all the rooms, bar at the mansion is a full bar with the best of all wines and spirits. Afternoon tea by the gardens is absolutely delightful. Awake each morning to a tray of muffins, fruit, coffee & tea. Everything perfect!

There was about 200 people in attendance. Everybody could stay on the property because its huge with many different building like the carriage house and the mansion. I stayed in the mansion in the Meade room. Gorgeous room with 12 foot ceilings, a huge fire place and a king size 4 poster bed. The mansion looks like something you would... More

This is our "go to" place. Love the specials as they are a great deal. First off. Lance at the front desk is awesome. Gave a free upgrade to bridal suite because we stayed there a bunch. Alex (server for dinner) and Faith (breakfast server) were both excellent also. . We'll return hopefully soon. Thanks Antrim.
