My husband Steve and I stayed at the Carmel Cove Inn April 23-25! Fantastic, inviting, warm, cozy. I could go on and on. This was our 1st trip to Deep Creek and our 1st time staying at a B&B! Carmel Cove Inn was perfect. Breakfast was amazing! Richard and Virginia were great! Lovely people! Could not have done more to...

We really enjoyed our stay. The innkeepers were friendly but not overbearing and the crowd was a nice mix of older and younger couples. We enjoyed the extra touches like cava to celebrate my birthday, the wine and cheese at happy hour time, and the comfortable common room. The breakfasts were really good too! (You get what you pay for,...

Had a group of 4 out to ski at Wisp this weekend, and were looking for a great place with some charm to stay at nearby. I knew nothing of the area, so naturally took to TripAdvisor. Glad I did! Carmel Cove is about a 15 min drive from the slopes (give or take...depending on the road conditions from the...

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your kind words. We found that the tv in your room had been inadvertently plugged into an outlet intended for the lamp and controlled by a wall switch. Very sorry it was malfunctioning for your visit. Hope to see you again at Carmel Cove!

My husband and I took a road trip this summer and our first stop was the Carmel Cove Inn at Deep Creek Lake. We loved it so much that we kept our extending our stay at the Inn out by a day so that our original 2 night stay turned into a 4 night stay. We've stayed at many B&Bs...

We decided to stay at Carmel Cove Inn for our first trip to Deep Creek Lake during the Autumn Glory Weekend in October 2011, based on the Trip Advisor reviews ! When we arrived we were greeted immediately by Richard, one of the innkeepers who gave us a tour of the Inn and provided recommendations in the area for dinner...

My stay at Carmel Cove was my first experience at a Bed & Breakfast. I have always been hesitant to try a B&B wondering if could find a balance between my desire for privacy and a warm atmosphere. Carmel Cove does just that. With over a dozen rooms and private dining tables, you get a great mix of intimacy and...

Carmel Cove Inn is run by very pleasant people who went the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed. Rooms were well furnished and comfortable, breakfast was creative and tasty (although more fruit would have been nice), and overall amenities were abundant (lots of outdoor toys like canoes, bikes, fishing gear, also lots of DVDs and reading material).

My husband and I chose Carmel Cove Inn over several other alternatives for a recent short trip to Deep Creek Lake. Although it is not directly on the water, we were very pleased with the peaceful location, the attentive service, and all of the amenities. We booked a deluxe room, which was not the most expensive option, but we were...
