Went with my husband to get away for a couple of nights. This was a good choice, because not only is the property beautiful, it sits right on the Chesapeake Bay. We stopped before arriving & spent the day, on the beach, at Sandy Point Park, which is right beside the bay bridge. Highly recommend. We were greeted by Maria...

Awesome accommodations and incredible wedding venue, the rooms are beautiful and very clean and inviting, the breakfast is to die for, Maria's is an amazing cook, the views of the pool/bay/dock take your breath away, and that is only the beginning. We came across Maria's Love Point B&B while looking for a wedding venue for my daughters wedding and boy...

Can't say enough good things about Maria's Love Point B&B! Ed and Maria were great - so welcoming! We were there for 2 nights. Our room (and bathroom) was beautiful and spotless. Extremely comfortable bed. Tons of extra touches throughout the house. Great amenities too (exercise room, game room, views, property, etc)! Great location - convenient to Annapolis and Kent...

Maria & Ed will do everything possible to make sure you have a good time. I attended a very special friend daughter's wedding last weekend in the middle of a Northeastern and the possibility earlier that week of Hurricane Joaquin blowing over the venue. Although the wedding day was a bit windy, it didn't rain and Ed along with one...

This is a wonderful B&B, run by a lovely couple. The breakfast is great (we had fresh eggs from their chicken coop, homemade granola, zucchini bread and fresh fruit) and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. There is a great pool and hot tub and the grounds are gorgeous! This is a nice and quiet B&B, away from the...

A beautiful home away from home, owned and operated by Maria and Ed. They were warm, helpful, full of information and all-around good people. The breakfasts were delicious, the grounds spectacular and location was convenient. Would visit again!

We had a nice weekend stay with our main purpose visiting the sailboat show. The house is lovely, and Ed quite pleasant and full of information. Maria was much quieter and seemed to stay in the kitchen. We were in the Osprey room which overlooks the water - if you don't like sunrises, this is not the room for you...

Maria & Ed have a lovely B & B overlooking the water on Kent Island, Maryland. The place is absolutely gorgeous both inside as well as outside. Since our latest stay was in January, we did not wander around the huge grounds nor use the pool and hot tub! However, we did use their large party/recreation room where we watched...

This is a very nice place to get away. Although this B&B is not an old or historic building, the grounds are beautiful and immaculate and the Inn-keepers (Maria and Ed) are warm and welcoming people. You have plenty of privacy if wanted, or you are free to mingle around the public areas of their mansion to enjoy splendid views...
