Hidden Gem, Great View
NUMBER OF ROOMS
Totally loved our relaxing stay at this lovely, quiet B & B. Beautiful room, cozy common areas with a gorgeous view and sunrise. The breakfast was delicious. Delightful host and staff. I highly recommend this B&B and can't wait to go back.
I loved my stay at this B&B for all its views and hospitality. The separate cottage we stayed in was private, however we still had the access to the main house if we needed anything. There were homemade breads and cookies always available. And the fresh cooked breakfast was delectable. Our was host was very helpful with suggestions and directions.
Carol and her Staff (Leah, Paula) do such a great job of making you feel comfortable and at home - just like Family would! The location is great and convenient to everything. It's also tucked away in a quiet part of southern Maryland. Our room, Chamomile, was so very cozy and the bed was just fabulous! My wife loved the custom, hand-made pillow cases! What a nice touch! Breakfast - what can I say except that it was amazing. Carol and her Staff go out of their way to make sure your time spent there is to your liking. We'll be back!
My husband and I have stayed here for the past many long weekends at Thanksgiving, and love the relaxing atmosphere, terrific breakfasts, and gracious owner and staff. And really comfortable beds! Easy walk to CD Cafe and Kingfishers restaurants. Sitting on the sunporch looking out over the lovely garden and water is wonderful. The owner takes care to always have cookies in the cookie jar and information about places to visit, plus local menus. We look forward to coming back.
We stayed in the Peppermint room and had a lovely time here Thursday and Friday night. The locale is perfect - near CD Cafe, the promenade, and the back creek too. Just wish we'd given ourselves enough time to sit on the lawn and read!
