We enjoyed a luxuriois romantic weekend at this beautiful B&B tucked away near Columbia, MD and BWI airport. The Joshua Barney House is the beautifully restored national historic landmark less than 40 minutes away from home. We loved our room--plush towels and bathrobes, very comfortable queen bed, private bath and sitting room. Susan, has done a wonderful job restoring and...

We had never experienced a Bed and Breakfast so, on a whim went on an internet search for one in the DelMarVa area. What a wonderful experience. The Inn was historic, elegant, quiet and restful. The grounds were blooming in full color and the peacefull waterfall would put you to sleep at night. Susan Betts, the Innkeeper was a real delight. She provided us with all the comforts of home. As we were leaving, we felt we were saying goodbye to a new...

The Joshua Barney house turned out to be perfect! We each had beautiful rooms and met for morning coffee to plan our day. The location...

We have stayed at the Joshua Barney House several times over the last two years and just love it there -- a great hidden spot for a weekend getaway or a special place to stay during a trip to Baltimore. We originally found this hidden Gem while looking for a special weekend getaway convenient to BWI Airport. The Inn served...
