    Much Needed R&R
My husband and I recently stayed at Inn at Perry Cabin and we are still telling friends about our time. It was the perfect way to get away but not too far from home. We were a little reluctant to travel so soon after things opened up, but I am a glad that we did. When we went, the room rate included breakfast and dinner, which was great because we could stay at the hotel for everything without needing to venture into town. The food was was delicious and we were impressed with the fact that they had a canine menu for our pup. Service in both the hotel and restaurant was great and the staff was very friendly and personable. You can tell the Inn is taking pride in enforcing and encouraging social distancing and the staff went out of their way to make sure the hotel was clean at all times. Overall, we really enjoyed our time. We look forward to returning to the Inn one day soon and staying longer next time!
Dear Guest, We appreciate this glowing review and kind words. It's so nice to hear that you and your husband had such a wonderful time staying with us. Being able to provide safe and healthy accommodations for all guests and staff through these uncertain times is something we're happy to do! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon for another stay. Warm Regards, The Crew at Inn at Perry Cabin

An oasis just across the bridge
I stayed at the Inn at Perry Cabin to get away from the city for a bit after months of COVID stay at home. The Inn was absolutely amazing! From driving up the tree lined drive, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. My room was extremely comfortable and the deck and view were perfect. I sat there looking out over the water, watching the waves and found a happy place! There are also bicycles and kayaks (included in room) to take out as well as boat/yacht rentals. The restaurant is a must if you're staying there or if you're just in St. Michaels. The menu is a multi-course prix fix, and each option is delicious. There's some combinations that I've never had or thought of before that were well done, surprising, and absolutely delicious. Breakfast is also excellent with everything made fresh in house and farm to table. Regarding COVID- the hotel was spotlessly clean all the time, there were precautions for social distancing, everyone was wearing a mask, and they limited the capacity so people could spread out. I didn't worry about it at all. I will definitely be staying there again.
Dear Meg6684, From our beautiful grounds to delicious dining options, we work hard to offer an unforgettable experience for every guest, and we’re pleased to know this was reflected during your stay. We look forward to making your next visit just as exceptional! Warm Regards, The Crew at Inn at Perry Cabin

    Romantic Getaway
We have been coming here for 20 years We love St. Michal's. Our sprawling suite with private deck, overlooking the Bay had a breathtaking view! My hubby and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here last weekend and it was fantastic. Our suite was huge, big living room with a comfy couch. The bedroom was massive and private, had a door, so hubby could watch the football game on Sunday in the living room, while I watched "When Harry met Sally" in the other room. Marble bathroom had a great shower, upgraded toiletries, plush towels and robes and a private toilet room. Lastly, the deck, amazing! We had morning coffee out here, it was peaceful and quiet, great way to start the day. We did enjoy dinner at Stars Restaurant - I highly recommend the Roasted Beet Salad and crab cakes. A complimentary champagne toast awaited us for our 30th Anniversary dinner. We will be back soon!
Dear Jacqueline, thank you for the tremendous review on your most recent visit with us to celebrate your 30th anniversary. We are so happy to read that after 20 years of joining us, you can always count on us for the best in amenities and service. We love reading feedback like yours, and we look forward to hosting you again for future celebrations! Warm Regards, The Crew at Inn at Perry Cabin

We stayed for 2 days. Our room was beautiful. We took a boat ride and we had our anniversary dinner at Stars. It was great! We sat outside the ambiance was perfect and the service was fantastic, the food was delicious! The next day we took bikes into town, went to the spa, and sat by the pool! It was a very relaxing stay. I highly recommend the Inn at Perry Cabin.

Many places claim to offer "five-star service," but The Inn at Perry Cabins truly delivers it. Perfect facility, great staff, and the most unbelievable food (props to Executive Chef Gregory James!!!). We had amazing boat charters, wonderful times in the pool, and wonderfully memorable meals. The lovely town of St. Michaels is a quick 10 minute walk, or take one of the free loaner bikes. The Links provided a world-class golfing experience. Everything about this experience was top-notch.

The Inn at Perry will be our new go-to destination! My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the accommodations, talented staff, and luxury amenities, were beyond spectacular. Although our time was cut short due to a family medical emergency, the service and understanding from all of the professionals were top notch. Heather showed us all around the resort, Kai was awesome down by the boats, and Kayla at the front desk was so engaging and friendly. Thank you for having empathy and compassion as we look to rebook in the coming months to stay at your beautiful property again!

The Inn was nice and pleasant, but just an FYI— the sailing is NOT free. It’s a bit deceptive because they don’t advertise a price for sailing lessons and everything else (tennis, kayaks, bikes, car service) are included with the stay. Not only is it not free, a sailing lesson is $750 after taxes!!! There is no price advertised on the hotel website. Nobody, not the captain I spoke with on the phone nor the hotel receptionist I inquired about sailing to, told me it cost anything, let alone that it was this much, until after I got on the boat. And when I tried to explain this to the person in charge of the sailing and ask for a discount (a captain, the sailing isn’t managed directly by the hotel staff but by sailors affiliated with the hotel), he scoffed at me like I was the one trying to rip him off. Other than that, the experience was fine. The town is pleasant and the hotel is nice, although a bit expensive for what it is.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We apologize for any confusion regarding the cost of sailing lessons. While we do offer various activities complimentary with your stay, some experiences do come at an additional cost. We will work to make sure that all pricing information is made clearer to our guests moving forward. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to our hotel in the future.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a great location. We had a great room on two levels overlooking the water. We enjoyed our sail as well. The big disappointment was the Star restaurant for dinner. Booked it for a special evening but very over priced for mediocre food. Also we we were the only ones there after 8pm! Restaurants in town are really good though.

The property is lovely, with a great location, beautiful plantings, and friendly staff, but sadly it’s been a bit of a disappointment, It started with checking in, when we were told we’d arrived a day late and we couldn’t have the suite we’d reserved. That got sorted out when I produced the confirming email proving we had the right dates, and they gave us a room upgrade, but all that took a while. On getting to the room there was no luggage rack, no bottled water, no welcoming snack. Usually one gets little extras for $1100 a night. Breakfast was a surprise as its not included. No afternoon tea, so had to get one from room service for $11, and the hot water for the tea came in a pot that had been used for coffee, so the tea tasted off. Dinner the first night was fine, but expensive. When we returned to the room, no turn down service. So these feels sort of like a bargain hotel where everything costs extra, versus a high end and expensive hotel. I don’t think they really understand the meaning of hospitality,

Purchased upgraded rooms 6 & 7 (waterfront 1st floor). Property is super well manicured with first class waterfront views. Staff, spa, pub are amazing. Everyone was incredibly professional and responsive. Only downside (and it was a big one) is paper this walls and ceiling. Oddly a family with small children was assigned room above us. Their crying and romping / playing children ruined the visit. Sounded like a playground above us for hours. Could not sleep or relax as sound resonating above was relentless. Zero sound dampening anywhere. Unacceptable at +$1000 a night room. If we visit again, we will stay in upper floor.
