The Parsonage Inn (1883) provides a striking example of the late Victorian era with its unique brick inlays and center tower with steeple. What makes us unique? The little things! Log burning and gas fireplaces, coffee, tea and bottled water available 24 hours a day, an ice maker for your drinks, active wine chilling sleeves, wine glasses and a corkscrew in your room, great bikes, freshly baked cookies,a three course, truly amazing, breakfast and we cater to all types of dietary needs. Then there are the big things that aren't readily visible; Cleanliness, attention to detail, extremely comfortable bed, lovely linens, expert knowledge of the area and restaurants, and our very friendly staff . These are just a few of the many, many things that our guests love and why they come back - frequently!

My husband & I needed a respite & wanted time with friends so we agreed on St Michael's as a destination that was easily reachable by both couples. The Parsonage Inn proved to be a great place for us to stay. We were in the Parson's Room and it was big enough for the four of

Dera Dennis, Thank you for the kind review. I love telling guests "where to go", in the most positive way! I think St Michaels and the surrounding areas are a treasure trove of places to see, things to do, and wonderful dining experiences. John and I never get tired of exploring the area and then sharing it with our guests. We also tell you the places we think are less than stellar, because we want you to have the best time possible while you are here. I look forward to seeing you again and as often as possible! Happy New Year and Warmest Regards,

We went for an overnight stay over MLK weekend, our first time staying in St. Michaels. Sally was a gracious host from start to finish. Booking and check-in were a breeze, and the room (#7) was impeccably clean and cozy. Despite being bitterly cold and windy outside, we were

The Parsonage Inn, it is a find! We booked MARTHA'S MORNING SUNSHINE ROOM for new years eve, and it was cozy and lovely. The service was excellent, the cookies at night were decadent, and the breakfast New years Day was sinfully delicious. The company was great ( breakfast

Raul, Thank you! It was delightful getting to know both of you! Spain is now definitely on my bucket list. I am glad you enjoyed room 3, Martha's Morning Sunshine Room. It is our smallest room, and, as I readily acknowledge, none of our queen rooms are huge, but it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. I sincerely hope you will come back soon. Warmest regards,

Friendly and welcoming, very cozy. Historic and old school feel. Delicious breakfast, enough to fill you up until early dinner. Complimentary coffee, tea or water all day. Upstairs room had street view. Room size wasn’t generous, but was not uncomfortable. Dresser, tv/dvd player

Thank you for the review! I am so sorry that you had a cold shower, but I am glad your wife had a hot one! This is a highly unusual event. We are actually replacing the water heater for rooms 2, 3 and 4. Not so long ago I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Pittsburgh, at 8:00 in the morning I had a very cool shower. This happens in the very best of hotels and is unavoidable, but, thankfull,y for us, with no more than three rooms on an 80 gallon heater - a rarity. I do hope that you will come back again soon. Best regards,

Not as far as the room goes, we do not allow animals in the guest rooms in the house. However we have pets in residence who do go through the lower part of the house. I have never had a complaint from anyone with a cat or dog allergy. But I do want you to be aware that we do have pets. Sallie

? pet friendly
We are pet friendly - room # 7 at the Parsonage Inn and room # 1 at our other inn - the George Brooks House. You can book online or call us. One time pet cleaning fee of $25 would apply.

"#7 was a great room with a private entrance in the back, but you do have to walk outside briefly to get to the dining room."
"every room is a nice room, just ask for what you want!"
"Some road noise. Rooms 3 and 4 should only be booked by family members who don't mind hearing every word through the walls."
"Three rooms behind the hotel, on the ground level, offer convenience to your car and for trips back to your room"
