The room was very clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly.. I enjoyed my stay.. Pool also was a plus for the 90 degrees weather.. We came in very late Friday night into Saturday morning and we had someone there to help us and check us in.. The pool was very clean.

Great location right off the highway leaving VA. We reserved to only stay one night while traveling. The room looked nice and was comfortable. Everything seemed clean, except for someone's hair still stuck in the hair dryer. We didn't realize it at first, but the refrigerator was unplugged so I had to plug that in. The staff was nice and... The bathrooms had mildew growing on the caulking and the door jambs. The wifi had five bars, but it took like 3 minutes to load the Google home page. The swimming pool lights wouldn't stay on for more than 30 seconds at a time without conking out, and there were safes in the room, and we were billed to use... More

The whole room smelled like mold. It was growing up the walls in the bathroom (not surprised because if the shower) but in the bed area as well. The next morning, my pajamas actually smelled. Also, flies kept showing up... We'd kill one then 5 minutes later another would buzz by. Mosquitos too. I slept with my head under the... More

Relax ambiance, OK rooms, but the workers were very nice, it was me and my family, five of us, in the middle of the night, and was looking for a place to crash, not only did they accommodate us, but the rate was very affordable for a holiday weekend.

Here's another example of a motel going downhill because it is owned and operated by a member of the NAIHA. This motel used to be in the Quality Inn chain. The first opinion of the room was that it was going to be a decent stay but it wasn't the case. The pillows on the bed were quite tiny. Once... More

The only thing that was nice about this place was the old guy who checked us in. But then he got on your nerves telling me how we were his guest and he was going to treat us like family. This was the worst experience. i didn't even stay there. The pool had indoor outdoor carpet that had moss growing... More

Rooms smell very musty. Pillows are tiny (size of throw pillows for a couch). We stayed 2 nights and never received any clean towels let alone they never cleaned the room. Went to get the continental breakfast. The food tasted as if it were months out of date (and I'm sure it was) One bite is all it took to... More
