Had the loveliest time here, food was amazing, facilities brilliant, and the staff, well they're the stars of the show, got to mention "M" the perfectionist maitre d', a lovely lovely chap, couldn't be more accommodating to my partner's vegan requirements, and a good communicator, we'll certainly be back for more of the same , thank you .x

A lovely property with beautiful features and charm. A warm welcome by all the staff. We were initially expecting the hotel and a separate pub but it is all in one. A venue used a lot for weddings. The walk to the bedrooms goes from the reception which is in the bar through a couple of lounge/bar areas. A lovely...

In June 2016 we decided to pop into East Cloae hotel to enquire about rooms with a view to booking at least 3 for my son's wedding at a nearby venue. We found the receptionist extremely helpful and the house keeper, also really helpful, showed us 3 rooms overlooking the garden that we decided to book there and then. We...

I went to the East Close after a week of a luxury hotel and was surprised how much I liked it. Although the remote control for the television was missing, and although when I was looking under the bed for it I found another guests deodorant, it seemed clean enough and the staff were pleasant. And the remote was replaced...

Firstly the staff really need to be trained better in service both in the bar, reception and dinning. They were pleasant enough but really gave the impression they did not want to be there and some were untrained in their duties. The food was okay but the big problem for me was the tiny rooms and beds. The breakfast quality...

First visit to this hotel and it didn't disappoint! Beautiful setting, very friendly, professional staff and a really delightful afternoon tea. The highlight was, of course, the visit to see Santa in his grotto!! He was an absolute joy for the children visiting and made the whole experience really magical. Would highly recommend a visit.
