I booked a night away for a surprise for my partner. Stunning building from the outside. When we checked in we were given no information at all about breakfast, the free wifi or checkout. Not to worry as we thought we'd check it out in the information pack in the room. Slight problem with that. There was no information on...

On arrival a lovely women welcomed us and offered to carry our luggage up to the room. When we left the same women helped to take some of our luggage to the car. We were given a complementary upgrade on our room. Gorgeous bathroom, room and bathroom very modern. Breakfast was fantastic (vegetarian breakfast). We would return purely for the...

Booked in for a night away, and dinner. Room was lovely, grumpy evening staff made our meal feel very rushed. Food was over priced and tasteless. - very helpful receptionist in the run up to our stay with having prosecco on ice for our arrival.

Booked Sunday lunch with family here and the food was terrible. The set menu had a very limited choice which included watered down soup, extremely undercooked beef and not much else. When I asked for a coffee to come out with the desserts (which had to be ordered at the start of the meal) I was told to wait as...

Lovely hotel in great location for Avon Beach, Muddiford, Christchurch and Lymington. Very comfortable lounge area and restaurant. Bedroom adequate even the budget room we selected for our short stay. We will use this hotel again when visiting this area.

Booked to stay here for a few nights whilst visiting family in the area as it was reasonably priced and offered great rooms. From checkin to checkout the service was amazing. The hotel was very quiet at all times felt as if we were the only ones there!! It seemed like a bit of a maze to get to where...

We stayed here for one night just as a birthday treat for my husband. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in Room 2 which is beautiful although needs a bit of touch up on decor in places, nothing major. The only downside was the green emergency lighting that illuminated the room and a gap under door meant the...

The hotel is in a lovely location, the waiting staff were amazing although the food was pretty mediocre. We were quite disappointed to find there was a door between our room and next door, I imagine for weddings and big parties that would be OK but for a couple, we felt like we had to whisper so not to wake...

This was a really nice hotel, and I must say the lady on check in is a remarkable person, sort of Middle Aged wearing glasses.. she was friendly, gave us a complimentary upgrade and was just all out friendly. The room was amazing and faultess with everything you need. I will highly recommend this hotel to people in the area.

Stayed here on a 2 night break and was very impressed. It is a small but very friendly establishment which provides excellent service. Even before we arrived the hotel phoned me to inform us that the restaurant would be closed that evening so that we could make other arrangements if necessary. Not many places would go to that trouble. The...
