Pros: Location, friendly repairman, 2 pools, price. Cons: Filthy, many broken items. Bathroom was the absolute worst I have ever seen. Long dark hairs on every white surface. I can't imagine anyone cleaning could not see them. Sofa bed was broken and sheets were dirty with pieces of cereal. Caramel corn and crumbs in between broken fridge and cabinet. Melted ice cream or something on the balcony. Air conditioner points directly at the head board of one of the beds. I didn't post any pics of the hairs because they make you want to vomit. Our fridge was not working properly, I called the desk and they replaced it the next day almost 24 hours later. Even after several complaints, there were no apologies or attempts to make things right. I get that there is no in room cleaning during your stay under current conditions, but the place obviously is not cleaned up to standard between stays.…
Unsatisfied. The service was poor. The room smelled awful. The outdoor pool water level was so low that the pumps and filters weren't on and it wasn't filtered. There was a transient sleeping on a bench outside our door one morning, then sitting in a chair by the elevators another morning. The price was high too. I won't be going there again.
Good pool good free breakfast. The hotel was on the beach. The mantince guy was good he fixed the smoke alarm that was not working but then he fixed it. The elevator was too small. The pool was too crowded.
I had planned a weekend trip and drove through the night to get there and after arriving the person working stated that my room had been cancelled. The person working stated that the person that cancelled the room had called and left a message but I got no message about this and was told there were no rooms available and the general manager wouldn't be there until 8am and it was 6am at this time. I was also told that housekeeping would not be there until later to clean rooms. After the worker was informed that we had driven through night after working an 8 hour shift at work he then stated that he still could not do anything for us but talk to the general manager. I had also informed the hotel the day prior that we would not be arriving until after midnight and between 5-7am and not to cancel the room which they did later that day. After being told nothing could be done for at least 2 hours we decided to leave and come back to talk to the general manager but later decided against it and went to another hotel who had rooms immediately available to check into. No follow up email was sent from this hotel to verify cancelling.…
Very nice accomodations, very friendly and helpful staff, convient to boardwalk. Stayed in the oceanfront portion and had beautiful views of ocean and sunrises. Very competitive pricing, and they had discount coupons to Jooly Roger amusement park.
