The beds were good and clean room but a/c wasn't working had portable ac units in room bathrooms had not ventsnd and hallways were hot and humid great customer service. House keeping cleaned room without us knowing.

The room was very nice and big 2 double beds a pull out couch. Table and chairs. Full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and cups, utensils. Plenty of drawers for unpacking. The balcony had 2 Adirondack chairs and a side view of the ocean. We stayed on the 3rd floor. I not sure if you could see part of the ocean from the 1st floor or second. When checking in ask them if could stay on the 3rd or 4th or 5th floor. The have a nice sundeck and indoor pool. They also have a game room. The walk to the beach is only 2minutes.

I just want to say housekeeping is rude and disrespectful the rooms are filthy. The only good part about my stay was the overnight lady that worked the front desk I think her name is Jessica she is absolutely amazing cleans Non-Stop very respectful caring compassionate this lady goes above and beyond her measures for each and every individual guest.

We booked a premium room with two queen size beds and they gave us a standard room with just one queen bed. Then, they kicked us out and told us to go to another hotel. They gave alternative options, but they were not so good hotels.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Our son got bitten several times by bed bugs. Front desk just laughed it off, said there was no manager. Can’t call hotel directly to speak to anyone. Rooms were hot as heck, hallways even worse. Was 95 in the hallway almost our entire stay. Could not get housekeeping to vacuum sand out of room. There was some white stuff all over the dressers as well.

If you are thinking of staying here just don't. First room they tried to give us had a portable AC in the corner piped out through the wall and covered with aluminum tape. Second room was covered in what appeared to be white bed bug powder all over dresser, headboards and night stand. For more than 24 hours day we had no AC and room was 80 degrees and hallways were 90 (even though they told us it would be back on in half hour). When front desk was informed they laughed about it. Worst experience in a hotel ever hands down.

Haven’t had a vacation in a few years. Took my family had 2 rooms . Worst vacation ever no air conditioning for 3 days after we were told it was fixed several times and calling the front desk constantly. Went to front desk this morning because like the entire time we were here keys would stop working and was told no the air hasn’t been fixed no clue why they told us yesterday it was. Never asked if we wanted to change rooms nothing. My daughters room was horrible half the lights didn’t work and the balcony door wouldn’t shut because of a rigged door from an air conditioning in the wall . Very dangerous because she has a 2 yr old daughter who was with her . A vacation should be relaxing not sweating and not sleeping for the entire time you r here . Place has become very run down from the last time I stayed . Please don’t waste ur money spend a little more and stay somewhere u won’t sweat …

This hotel is very conveniently located, and so close to being right on the beach which was great with a baby and toddler! The hotel wasn’t anything fancy but worked well for what we needed it for! Pool area could use a bit more cleaning throughout the day and over night, it was a bit dirty! Housekeeping staff was always very friendly! As we checked out yesterday the front desk lady wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t thank us for our stay or anything but a cleaning lady was very friendly and that made up for it. We enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying again in the future!

I'm always nervous when we stay at a hotel we have never been to in Ocean City. The room was big enough with a nice balcony and bathroom. The beds were comfortable also. My issue is the look of the room and having to become a handyman daily. I guess the air conditioner wasn't working so we had a portable unit. Because of that we had duct tape everywhere around the right side of the unit. Also, the duct tape wasn't working well at keeping the exhaust tubing to the unit causing me to have it try and fix it daily. I went to the front desk to just explain that we wish someone would have just told us about what we were going in to. He explained that he doesn't know what the room looks like and to cone back when management was there. Not take a name and room number?Anyway I looked several times but never saw a manager. Absolute horrible experience. Where do I start? No AC, it was 80+ in the room. Door lock did not work. Asked for another room and they said there was none. Upon more complaints they eventually moved us to another room. That room had an ant problem. Both rooms had broken furniture and had outlets that were loosey goosey, nothing would stay plugged in. neither room was clean and had leftover trash, food or clothes in them. I emailed management over a week ago about my concerns and no one has respond. Would not recommend.
