Blood stained mattress on pull out couch, hotel under renovation without notifying customer after room was booked, pool inoperable due to renovation and in order to get to game room we had to walk through the renovation zone. I am allergic to black mold and that is what my 10 yr old and I had to walk through. My pregnant sister could t access the poll. It was a disaster and the GM tried to put the blame on customer for not seeing renovations noted on site. I asked GM to show me and he told me I had to find it myself in the fine print. I will not ever book there again.

This hotel was awful. I took my husband to OC, MD for Father day 2022. I selected this hotel to be away from the crowds and the price was ok. WELL big mistake. Our room-105 was infested with fly's, roaches and some other flying insect and it smelled to the high heaven and NO water pressure. I went to the front desk to complain there was a lady complaining about the barking dogs next to her this was 10:30pm. The front desk lady offered to refund me for that night stay, There were no other room available except a room on the other side of the barking dogs and it was late and we were exhausted from our drive. The next day we moved to another room which was a little better. The breakfast food was a NO go. The sausage links were not cooked well and the muffins were stale. However, I will say the staff was nice. AWFUL hotel and disrespectful for the price.If I could rate this hotel it would be -00000000…

I stayed for two nights. The good thing was they allow dogs, which is why I chose this hotel. We had no hot water for the second night. The hotel was apparently working on the plumbing yet still rented the room. I complained and got a 20% discount, which was nice. There is a playground area with picnic tables and dog walk area behind the hotel. Garbage was strewn all around. Free hot breakfast was inconsistent with offerings over our two day stay but the constant was the water eggs. Managment need more attention to detail as these are easy fixes.

I was met with bugs in my room. I have videos of 2 bugs crawling on the bed that I can't load. I did take a picture of my skin after my encounter. This pet friendly hotel has allowed the pest to take over. I don't have a pet!

We stayed at the comfort suites, biggest mistake I made, their breakfast is crap for a diabetic, the fruit was old and bruised and the biscuit was not cooked, we had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels, not staying here again

This was our first trip to Ocean City Maryland, it was a great trip. We enjoyed the stay here, the breakfast was a takeout but a very good selection of items to choose from. This location is right on the boardwalk very close to everything you could want. The room was clean and the housekeeping gave us whatever we needed or asked for. During your stay, no one will enter your room, but if you need towels or anything housekeeping is always nearby. We liked the fact that no one would be entering our room for our stay. The room was spacious with 2 double queen beds and also a sofa, a dining table, and a coffee-style table. Also, the room has a safe for your precious items. The room has a nice bathroom and bathtub as well as a kitchen area with fridge, sink, dishes and eating utensils. A microwave is also in your room. Dishwashing soap is also available for your use. The hospitality of this business was very, very good. Very easy check-in and check-out. Also free parking and free WiFi. We would stay here again if and when the time comes to visit OC Maryland.…

Good hotel just about a mile an a half away from the boardwalk, perfect if you want to avoid the crowd at night time. Rooms are clean but some furniture are dated and need to be replaced. A very strong warning- have a lot of patience dealing with the breakfast staff as pointed by other reviewers here- she is really mean and should not at all interact with hotel guests. I noticed a few parents were totally disappointed with her (I read the reviews ahead of our stay so I knew how to handle), she was scolding kids, I can just imagine some of them having an unpleasant day after interacting with her. Other than that, I would have given it a 5-star. And oh, swimming pool needs some cleaning, too.

This hotel was nice, clean and my kids really enjoyed the pool. My kids were afraid to go to the free breakfast that was offered daily because Ms. Denise (the lady who works the kitchen área) was the meanest person I have ever met! She truly will change your entire mood and that is not the type of energy your guest want to be presented with to start our day. I don’t think she need to have any interactions with guest maybe she needs a behind the scene position. She is just MEAN.

First impressions are the ones that matter, but this hotel seems to not understand that. As soon as you walk in to the vestibule, the air vent on the left hand side is covered in dust. As you make your way into the lobby, the floor is dirty and the stairway to the right is totally black from lack of cleaning. The staff literally make you wait until 3 pm to give you a room. Our room smelled like mold the second we walked in. The carpet edging, on one corner, was ripped off from the wall. The toilet flush handle was broken. The sofa bed's mattress was stained and dirty. There were no additional bedsheets in the room for the sofa mattress, so we had to go get one. The breakfast consists of cold/frozen subpar sandwiches with pastries. The pool does not have a slide as is mentioned online. The only reason for the 2-star is because the room was ample and the staff provided me with what I needed when I asked for it. Simply not worth the price. The hotel is 1 mile away from the boardwalk.…
