It is Comfort suites , so the room is bigger than usual Comfort inn. I like the high ceiling. Hotel is clean. Breakfast just like any other same level hotels. Got good price because we went on February. The location is not in front of the broadwalk, but it's okay because it is near restaurants.

We found this place quite easily on the Ocean Gateway driving towards Ocean City. We appreciated the free parking once we'd negotiated the trucks and workmen unloading a large number of cardboard boxes containing new furniture. It became apparent that this hotel was undergoing major refurbishments – something that I don't recall being informed about before booking on line earlier. Anyway, check in was fast & efficient and we were soon on our way to our room, number 313. We shared the lift up to the 3rd floor with a multitude of polite workers who were busy on the 2nd floor which looked like a building site. They had gutted all rooms on that floor and were refurbishing them. Work that started with loud banging & drilling at 8 o'clock on the mornings that we were there. Great...
Anyway, our room had two queen sized beds, an L shaped Sofa and a coffee table with a foot stool. We had a separate bathroom with shower in the tub and all the usual basic amenities. As for equipment, there was one large flat screen TV, a coffee making machine, fridge & microwave. I was pleased to see that the room safe big enough for my laptop. Unfortunately there were no bedside lamps which was weird. A free breakfast was included in the room rate but we didn't make much use of it.
I needed to do some laundering and was surprised that the bored young lady at reception one evening informed me that the hotel had no guest laundry facilities. Hello? To be honest she didn't look like she had either a clue or was interested in finding out. Anyway, on a second day I asked one of the other staff members who reassured me that, of course, there was a guest washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor. I just needed to walk past all the renovation work.
Oh, on one evening I fancied relaxing outside by the pool. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to swim in it, but the loungers were comfortable enough.

We decided to go for a one night stay and found a good deal online so we booked this hotel. We asked when we arrived if the room was remodeled she told us they were all remodeled just adding on another section to the back of the hotel. Our room was the first room from the elevator or 3rd floor with boxes and furniture stacked by the door. The heat from the hallway where the construction was definitely noticeable. The room looked nice but we definitely had noticed some things once we got settled in. First the temporary light bar above the sink came crashing down as it had a pull cord and was just velcro holding to the wall. The mirror was not a regular sized mirror and still had cardboard sticking out the side. The ceiling still needed drywall to be sanded and painted and the doorstop had been knocked off the floor. Tge shower was nice and the bathroom fan helped to drown out the noise from the hallway. The lamps in the room were not plugged in and the tv which was nice, was mounted crooked. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. I liked the reading lamp next to bed and the usb charger was a nice touch. The free breakfast really needs to have more hot selections as it was just eggs, pale sausage and a Belgian waffle. The other items were cereal, yogurt, fruit and bagels with tiny muffins that were not great. The coffee was ok, the woman working there acted like I was in her way as she bumped me when I was getting it. Overall good for a overnight stay with no frills.

One of the nicer hotels not too far from the beach! We were so close to places that made our trip a great convenience. There’s an outlet mall across the street at outback steakhouse Carrabba’s Italian Grill dollar tree Starbucks, Chick-fil-A Burlington Ledo Pizza literally everything that made me feel like home. The hotel is self is extremely clean and newly remodel. The pool was great. It has a fitness center and the breakfast was complementary. We were able to get a late check out with no extra charge. Jenifer was so awesome. She assisted me and switching my room with the Whirlpool tub and the fireplace. The room was up to my standard very clean. It was only a three minute drive to the beach and I plan on staying here again no complaints at all. They also do not require a deposit when you check in like most hotels the process to check in with seamless justice checking out.

Came to check in around 2:15 pm and was told the room wasn't ready yet. No problem. I went out to my parents campsite and returned around 6 pm to check in with my son. Upon checking in I always check the AC air filters and it was pretty disgusting so I cleaned it myself. Going into the bathroom I noticed a hair clip from a previous guest but I was like 'okay, maybe they were really rushing to clean this room by check in time'. While going to return the filters and turn on the air conditioner I noticed a roll of trash bags from house keeping on the floor between the bed and the air conditioner. At this point, I definitely assumed it was a rushed job or the room wasn't 100% checked over and done.
This fact was further confirmed for me when I went to put my five year old son to bed and one of the pillow cases on his bed had what I'm guessing is make up all on it. I'm assuming once again from a previous guest.
Either way, enough happened where I was skeptical about the overall cleanliness of the place. So my best advice is to check over your rooms. The pool area was nice though!

This was our first trip to Ocean City Maryland, it was a great trip. We enjoyed the stay here, the breakfast was a takeout but a very good selection of items to choose from.
This location is right on the boardwalk very close to everything you could want. The room was clean and the housekeeping gave us whatever we needed or asked for. During your stay, no one will enter your room, but if you need towels or anything housekeeping is always nearby. We liked the fact that no one would be entering our room for our stay.
The room was spacious with 2 double queen beds and also a sofa, a dining table, and a coffee-style table. Also, the room has a safe for your precious items.
The room has a nice bathroom and bathtub as well as a kitchen area with fridge, sink, dishes and eating utensils. A microwave is also in your room. Dishwashing soap is also available for your use.
The hospitality of this business was very, very good. Very easy check-in and check-out. Also free parking and free WiFi.
We would stay here again if and when the time comes to visit OC Maryland.

Everything was very clean at this hotel, staff was friendly and efficient, continental breakfast was able to get our day started with some coffee and food (nice selection for all tastes). We only stayed one night, however, if we were staying for multiple nights we probably would have asked for a new room as the only complaint with the room was that the water pressure for the shower was barely enough to get a shower....very low pressure in our room. Otherwise we had a great visit to Ocean City last weekend.

DO NOT STAY! Unfortunately, I woke up with bites all over my arms and chest. I pulled back the covers and found bed bugs. I did get a full refund for my stay, but the pain and discomfort from these bites are excruciating. Additionally, the noise coming from other guests at 1:30am and 5am was insane. It sounded like the doors on one of the rooms was going to be busted down, not sure if guest was on drugs or what but very scary and my family and I didn’t feel safe.

This place was not good , was just here on 7/8/2021-7/12/2021. My friend staying in another room got bitten by bed bugs, the pool was dirty and looked like mold on the floor of it.Also the water was slimy, my bathing suit smelled awful when I took it off to dry , and it wasn’t me cause I showered before I went in the pool . The water was a murky color, not crystal clear like it should be . No maid service, I understand about the short staffing , but found room to be not clean . With such a turnover of people and pets coming thru they need to be more vigilant of how rooms look and the pool needs to be maintained regularly !! My friends and I were not happy with this establishment!

I rate this place below zero. This place was dirty & disgusting. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was what looked like black mold on the bottom and the water was cloudy. There was no housekeeping. We had to make our own beds and had to ask for towels every day. Our room was not very clean either when we checked in. The floors in the hall and by the elevator were dirty also. For almost $300 a night I expect the place to be clean & my room to be cleaned every day and fresh towels put in there every day. Very disappointing to say the least! Never again!!
