We stayed in Unit 221. There was mold in the bathroom, the carpet was filthy, the master bedroom was miserably hot. It’s in a great location and the staff are friendly, but they did not seem concerned when we informed them of an electrical short in the master bedroom. We ended up checking out a day earlier. I typically do not write reviews, but I do not want someone else to be put in the same situation.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and couldn't wait to get home and shower. The place was old and smelled like rotting food. The room was small and dirty. After the first day of what they considered "cleaning" by the housekeeping staff, I had to go to the front desk and request that the staff actually clean the bathroom. The sink and bathtub were still dirty from use. NOTHING was wipped clean and there was hair in the tub. The only thing they did was give us new towels. I also had to request that they vaccuum the floor. Apparently the obvious sand all over the floor was not enough for them to do it. What hotel at the beach doesn't vaccuum the floor everyday?? Even after these request, I found the same problems the next day!! The only benefit of this place is location. I would never stay there again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

I mean, let's be honest, if you were looking for the Taj Mahel, you wouldn't be staying in Ocean City, Maryland. If you're looking for a good time though at a nice position on the boardwalk, then you're good to go here. Now, I did not stay in the motel, my fiance and I were actually placed in one of their 3 bedroom apartments. It was clean when we checked in, and it was definitely a good fit for what we wanted. It was easy access to the boardwalk and the beach. Overall, I would definitely go back....the price was great too! One of the lesser expensive hotels on the boardwalk.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Only stayed one night because our rental we had ended and wanted to stay one more night as we live 3 hours away. It all started with the two boys who checked us in. Their condescending attitude was outrageously rude. They should not be working at a hotel. My fault for not looking up reviews before choosing this place. As we walked up to our room— it smelled like a church that was built 30 years ago. So outdated. No upgrades. We get into our room and a STRONG stench of bleach is lingering from the bathroom. The “carpet” or whatever you wanna call it that we walked on felt damp and dirty. The remote control for the TV was greasy. Not to mention there’s no cable. Just an option to sign into Netflix or Hulu. There were stains all over the microwave and refrigerator. The dusty curtains were touching the bare pillow we sleep on at night. The shower water pressure actually hurt because of how the water came out of the shower head. The list goes on. Thank goodness we brought our own sheets.The only positive thing I can say is that when we had no where to park— the ONLY kind man at the desk let us park in handicapped parking. Other than that.. I wouldn’t come back. Ever. I learned my lesson.

The floors were not swept before check in, the mirror had finger prints all over it, one of the worst things was there was white powder all over the tv. The shower was also disgusting and looked like it was practically taped back together with putty. I finished showering and went to grab a towel and it was all covered in black and had red spots on it. I was scared to sleep in the beds after seeing everything else and just wanted to leave. Also when checking in, the bathroom was not restocked of toilet paper and there was an open unwrapped soap that was wet sitting on the sink.

This place is not clean. Towels had stains on them.There was mold in our room. The ceiling looked like it could fall on you. Floor so dirty. Microwave and Fridge rusty. So disappointed. Scared to sleep in bed. Left did not stay the night. Not even a 1 rate.

The rooms have been freshly painted and updated. They have everything u need for kitchen pots pans silverware. The beds aren't that comfy but all in all the rooms where very spacious and nice. The pool is amazing and very clean. Very big . It's located behind building.

Location was perfect. Didn’t have the room we booked but we were at the beach, so who cares. Staff was great! Thanks Dave for the extra time in the pool. Beach and boards are always a good time. Place is outdated but not a big deal. Parking was an issue. Not enough to let it ruin my vaca. Will be back

We paid in full for the week when we booked. However, it is nice that is on the beach, but the place is so outdated and not really well maintained. I has a very strong odor of mold. (You should read my review and some others). You may want to look at other places and make this a last option. For the money you spend there are so many other nicer places. Good luck.
I agree with the above remarks. To reserve the room I needed a credit card. I was not billed until afterwards, but as far as cancellation policies go, make sure to either check their website or call and ask.
There are more places to choose from in the Ocean City area.
