Bartender and front staff were amazing! They were so helpful. They told me a great place to go and eat. Then when I returned we were like friends for life! I definitely reccomend this New Hotel. Thank you!

Passing trough and needed a place to crash. Decided on the SpringHill Suites, the room was great a large desk area for my laptops so I could continue with some work. It was a great location to find good places to eat and shop.

We checked in late at night and left the next morning. Front desk at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed. IT was in great condition and had a good lay out. They had many USB outlets to allow for easy charging. Food in the morning was as expected and we enjoyed it prior to leaving

Visiting family in the White Marsh area, we were excited to see a new hotel option that was different from the dated options right by the mall. This hotel opened about a year ago and is about 2.5 miles east of I-95 and the mall in a growing complex of business, retail, and housing. We had no problem checking in before 3 PM, and the front desk clerk not only confirmed our feather free room request, he personally went upstairs to change our pillows after we had been assigned a room. Throughout our stay, we found the staff to be quite friendly. The room we had was extremely spacious (as is the case with the brand) with very high ceilings. In fact, it is so large, that the thermostat temperature by the door did not change at all during the night (which also means the area near the bed gets quite chilly). This was the first hotel I had encountered with a true "walk-in" closet that also had shelving in it. The bathroom was also quite spacious and well lit, though we were missing a bath rug to absorb the water outside the shower. Breakfast was very crowded with a lacrosse tournament in the area, and I was disappointed to see there wasn't even a waffle iron that is a staple at hotels of this price level (including this brand). We ended up eating at Panera because of the limited selection and being pressed for time. I also noticed the pool and exercise room, though it was peculiar the pool was only open for four afternoon hours on weekdays (even though hotel pools normally are never staffed when open). Overall, I was quite pleased with the first experience and would not hesitate to stay here again, especially when we need the extra space.

We stayed here twice and had an excellent experience both times. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was large with great water pressure. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
