We got off to a average start with a shuttle glitch but a call to Heather on reception arranged a taxi at the hotel's cost and later dropped and picked me up at a nearby restaurant fantastic service. The hotel is well priced and is comfortable with large suites . Another bonus

Stayed because of ad saying we could park vehicle on premises while you fly. But instead found out have to drive to garage and take bus. So it’s a bait and switch operation! We drove to airport parking and park closer to airport.

I'm so sorry to hear that this happened to you. We do not offer free parking as our parking lot is too small to facilitate the vehicles for our guest if we allowed this. Could you please let me know where you saw the advertisement? I would like to make sure it is corrected so that no other guest has the same experience you had. Bugs in the ceiling light fixture.
Kitchen showing wear but still serviceable. 1 packet each regular and decaf coffee and a pack of microwave popcorn on counter when we checked in.
Towels were nice.

Parking is free while you are a guest at the property. We do not offer complimentary parking for those flying out while they are away from the hotel due to limited parking spaces. Hope that helps!

You must have a valid credit card on file to cover all charges including room and tax. Hotel does not take cash paying guest. However, as another person stated, upon checking out you can change your method of payment to cash.

Unfortunately the parking lot is not large enough to accommodate parking while you are not a guest. There are many paid public parking options in the area.
