Found this hotel in need of a remodel. Old carpet in the halls. Dark and dingy. For the money there are other nicer hotels near BWI. The shuttle driver did not ask where I was currently located and had me meet them at a door that was all the way across the airport from where I was.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Our shuttle drivers were terrific, and we especially enjoyed the morning ride with Donna. However, the hallway and the hotel room were dirty and run-down, with old dirty carpets. The shower was not clean, and the toilet seat was broken. Why isn't the hotel being well-maintained?

I just do not understand why housekeeping can't do their jobs at these hotels. They need to be replaced over was disgustingly also when we returned. The only thing it was clean with the bathroom is just was unacceptable. Why have a sofa bed if you don't have any sheets for it and that's even crazier?

Room smelled, linen and shower area was dirty. Checked out after 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed at other Hampton Inn around the world and have never come across anything like this.

Good place. We had a fire drill when there.The staff is very professional when evacuation is to take place. So the led us down and out the stairs. The location is good, near to both arenas and the nearby harbor with ships and many restaurants.

Great service, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Close to the airport, train station, downtown Baltimore etc. Yummy breakfast with lots of choices. Very friendly and informative shuttle driver I think her name was Donna.

I came in for a couple of days and had a nice quiet weekend. They had a lot of people there for a concert and didn't even know. Until breakfast lol. But that still was ok because the staff was very good at restocking breakfast .

You know sometimes it just takes one thing to make your stay less agreeable. Our check in was fine. The room was acceptable except for the easy chair that looked like it was discarded from a garage sale twenty years ago. The bed was pretty comfy but the pillows were flat and lumpy.
