Can you fly into BWI? There are Light Rail and Bus connections to Baltimore, Marc train line to both Baltimore and Washington, DC and Amtrak connections. You will must likely need a car to access the hotel in Laurel. Dulles is on the Northeast side of Washington, Laurel is south of Washington about halfway to Baltimore. Hope this helps.
