I used their hall for an event, on the day of my event it was a disaster. Table cloth provide wasn't neat, chair was dirty, hall carpet smell, bathroom not clean, no paper towel and toilet paper for guest to used. This is a worst hotel/ hall to use for your event

The question is not how dirty this place is, the question is how come this thing is still open? I have never been to a motel but this place is the worst I have seen in my life. Again, I don't know how come it's still opened. We ended up not spending the night... it was impossible.

My boyfriend booked this hotel after reading the reviews I wanted to cancel but I our reservation was pre paid. The pictures are not true. The hotel needs to be shut down and renovated BADLY. The whole place smells, there was a trash bag in the hall way the trash can was over flowed, there was a trash bag out... More

Not sure how the health department doesn't shut this place down. I was passing thru MD solo and needed to stay for one night. Right away I realized the photos I saw on Expedia were total false advertising. The building from the outside looked like it was abandoned in the 80s. The lobby was unfurnished, a child had scribbled all... More

This place was gross. The hallway carpet was wet and there was giant hole in the wall where I assume an A/C unit used to be. Security doors leading to a dark parking lot did not shut all the way. The mattress looked like it was 30 years old and covered in stains. The headboard and wall had something splattered... More

Holiday Inn has been around for decades and their rooms reflect datedness. The room literally looks like a generic sketch of a non-descript hotel room. The colors are boring and blend into each other. There was nothing nice about it. We had to take the last room, which was a smoking room. The air conditioner filter was moldy, the beds... More

Very rundown. Dirt and rust on the door and walls. Faucet in the sink was not adjustable for temperature. No drinking glasses. Giant stain on the curtains across the entire width. Was told that there was no internet in the "basic $50/night room" even though the website indicates that there is in common areas. Two towels approximately 18" x 36"... More

Just plain nasty experience. From the half-wit at the desk to the automatic doors that don't work. Seriously, you have to put the bags down and pry them open, enter then put stuff down again to muscle them closed. Two sets, neither working. The front desk Gupta was uninformed, RUDE, and frankly, more than a little stupid. He refused to... More

Our room although it looked clean didn't feel clean you could see stains on the carpets the walls were dirty the carpet felt dirty I avoided walking on it in bare feet. We had two queen beds and 3 very flat pillows, went to the front... More
