I arrived alone and at night with no reservations during the Cov19. I had meeting and needed access to their Business office. I had no idea the Suite would be so Gorgeous. I had space to work, a full kitchen and separate bedroom. Most of all the Manager Fredericko I believe is his name. He is Magnificent. You will be treated like Royalty. Thanks everyone!

I'm a Marriott kind of person and I have always had great staff. So to my surprise was..."Hello, anyone working here...?" Where was the staff... every time I cam into the lobby or needing something, I had to wait on a staff member to exit out from their closet. They just weren't friendly or even showed they cared... They rather scamper off and not deal with lobby issues. A completely full hotel and no Thursday night mixer... Really..? That being said... My room was awesome, spacious, clean and perfect for a weeks stay

I want to say Thank you to GM Mr Freddy, and Mrs Kenya, and Mrs Lavonne managers of the Residence Inn and Especially Mrs Irma in Kitchen and Sharlene ; Front Desk Demari Supervisor, Shelby, Diana, Chris and Sierra for there ; and all Housekeepers/Houseman Staff For there excellent Customer Service ; Hospitality; Cleanliness and all that they do at the Residence Inn ; Awesome place to Stay Mr. Freddy is the Best GM And I want to say thank you for teaching me a 100% the right way to do things and I wish you and your staff the Best I learned so much and truly appreciate Residence inn Family

I stay at the residence inn all the time due to the hotel, it’s convenience and the friendliness of the staff. So imagine my surprise when I met Chris over the phone on nov 29th one day before my birthday. I booked a large suite for $200 a night to see family and have a good time. On this particular night I had 1 friend over watching movies and catching up. We were laughing and joking but it was only me and her so when Chris front desk called the phone in a very harsh and rude tone stating we had a noise complaint I was shocked. He said this was our only warning and if we received another one we will be Put Out. I was taken aback so I said okay and hung up. But once I thought about it I called him back to see what was heard or what was we doing to get a noise complaint. I stated I was laughing and beings though I stayed here before I never been treated so rudely nor got a noise complaint for laughing in a $200 room. He stated he came up and heard me laughing from the elevator now mind you I’m all the way down the hall by the stairs how in the heck did u hear me specially. Like between the elevator in my room is at least 20 rooms. I never had someone so rude and disrespectful to me like he did in my life. I’m a hotels operations manager and I know procedures. If I was so loud why didn’t he knock or why couldn’t he speak in a more professional tone. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager and he rudely stated well Kenya will be here in the morning so you either shut up or I’m putting you out. At that point I told him I would leave and I want my money back. He said talk to her in the morning but right now you need to be quite. I would never allow any of my employees to speak to anyone like this and still have a job. Yes you can speak your policies but u do it professionally not rude and malicious. I don’t know if I would ever stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights because of its location. The hotel could be great, however, the cleanliness of the property will ruin it. The staff is pleasant but I can’t figure out why it’s so dirty. The elevator floor was sticky upon arrival and throughout my stay. My room had crumbs in the office chair and kitchen bar stools. The bathroom had shoe prints on the floor and missing grout on the tiled floor. The surface tops in office area had fingerprints all over. Overall the place was just not what I’m accustomed to when staying at any Marriott property. The regular pricing of the hotel is at odds with the standards, no way the hotel should ever be over $200 for such poor cleaning. I’ll try the courtyard next door next time.
