Hotel's Favorite
We arrived at the Hotel at Arundel Preserve at around 1:00 am after another local hotel did not honor the reservation we made with them. With our two daughters in the back seat, we were desperate for a room. The front desk agent was amazingly helpful and kind. She was able to work out accommodations for us and got everything arranged. In the end, we had a fantastic stay: we were able to gather comfortably in the lobby with other family members (we were there for a wedding) and enjoyed a wonderful brunch at GrillFire. I will note that the housekeeping staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained. There is limited shuttle service to and from Maryland Live! Casino which meant we had to drive over for the Patti LaBelle show. We had breakfast at the Grillfire when we checked out the next day and both the food and service we received were great! I would highly recommend.

Nothing special about this hotel rooms are ok small sizes over price, I try the one of the restaurants grill something not a lot of variety of food items. Overall the hotel is not wow is average hotel nothing special

Had wonderful service …. Staff was great … definitely will return. As soon as I got there front desk was very helpful. Made sure I was in a room asap when I arrived early . Took only 40 minutes for a room to be available.

I was impressed with the shuttle, the cleanliness and the front desk staff. When I woke up one morning and hit my leg on the edge of the bed, they quickly brought some first aid to stop the bleeding. The sharp edged bed was missing laminate, so I wasn’t its first victim. The front desk manager on duty apologized, but only offered a few comps to the bagel place across the street. Four days later my leg has not healed. The manager said she would follow up and have their insurance company contact me, yet I haven’t heard from anyone. I emailed the company that owns the property but no response. I paid rack rate for this room $258 through Amex travel. I would think the least they could do was keep their word and follow-up. It’s a nice hotel, just don’t get hurt there.

We came across this hotel when searching for nearby Tesla charging stations. We left a neighboring hotel due to dissatisfaction and checked in The Hotel at Arundel Preserve. It was a GREAT experience. The location to shopping and restaurants is excellent, and both on-site restaurants were great. Also, our room was clean, attractively decorated and the customer service was refreshing. We were quite surprised when the hotel staff contacted us after check-in to asked how everything was going, and if we needed anything.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3x. Each time I’ve been to Hanover I’ve enjoyed this hotel. Very clean, fairly priced, easy to park and close to many restaurants. I will stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Good location, front desk people were great, room was excellent, spacious, very clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was great, clean, separate toilet closet, walk in shower. Will definitely stay again!!!
