Staff is very friendly and helpful.Hotel could be cleaner. Stair Wells are dirty. I don't get empty garbage bags on cleaning days, I had to ask them to clean my toilet on cleaning days. iron did not work. The location is good for me.

There is a one time non refundable fee of $25.00 plus tax per night per pet that is charged, not to exceed $150.00. Hope I've answered your question fully.
