Diane provides a clean, neat environment. Breakfast is served at 9am with no lunch required later in the day. Everything is within walking distance. Easton is a suburb stop from a busy schedule. St Michael's is fifteen minutes east. Good food and shops abound. Wait a great visit!

My husband and I were looking to stay in Historic Easton for the weekend and Bishop's House was the perfect location! We were able to walk (or bike) everywhere for our stay! Diane greeted us upon arrival and helped us get settled. She is a wealth of knowledge and really goes above and beyond to help her guests feel at home and informed! We loved being able to walk to dinner and were greeted by friendly neighbors on the way! The next morning Diane prepared an amazing breakfast! Her french toast is AMAZING, especially with the almond cream! Diane had bikes (complete with helmets, water bottles, and a bike lock) we could use to bike to bike to Royal Oak. She also offered to help us if we needed it, she was just a phone call away! Although we didn't need her assistance, that was a very nice offer and shows just how attentive she is! After our bike ride we enjoyed some wine on the porch before heading out for dinner. We ended our stay with her amazing brie, ham, egg, and cream breakfast dish! Diane is a wonderful host who maintains an immaculate bed and breakfast! If you are looking to stay in Historic Easton, look no further than Bishop's House! You won't be disappointed!

We came here to bike in the yearly Chesapeake MS Challenge bike ride that goes through many of these quaint Chesapeake towns. This B & B was a great find as there were many great amenities: besides a large room and large bathroom (The Sunrise room ?) there were snacks available, wine, lemonade, a good home cooked breakfast (we didn't get to enjoy this as we left each day at 6:30 AM, but Diana was so kind to pack for us our breakfast to go), bathrobes, fluffy towels, makeup remover items, and bikes and helmets for those who want to bike around this quaint town. The service was wonderful, the bed comfortable, and there is a large TV for those who desire it. The outside wraparound porch has plenty of space to lounge about on, and their is a beautiful garden from which to enjoy a coffee or drink. We hope to return next year. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms and in the B & B was very effective, a good thing in the Maryland hot weather ! Note: there are 3 floors, and if we booked earlier, we would have asked for a second floor as we were quite sore to climb up the steps after our long bike rides

My husband and I enjoy going to the annual Easton Waterfowl Festival, and our very favorite place to stay is the charming Bishop’s House Bed and Breakfast. We love that it is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Easton, walking distance to the little shops, restaurants, and art displays. We love that the house itself is a beautifully renovated 1880’s mansion which gives the Victorian experience with modern comforts. Bishops House has every amenity imaginable. The bedrooms are spacious with tall ceilings and working fireplaces that don’t get cold when the log finishes burning. The in-suite bathrooms feature state-of-the-art plumbing such as whirlpool tubs and rainwater-type showers. Doeskin guest robes are provided, too, for that extra luxurious feeling. Two of the 4 rooms available have king sized beds, unusual in a B&B. The beds that we have slept in have been big, beautiful 4-posters. The rooms have had wardrobes, dressers, chairs, tables, even a fireplace, and still remained quite relaxing and spacious. As if this isn’t ’t luxurious enough, the Bishops House offers both a downstairs and an upstairs parlor, complete with wine (downstairs) and sodas and munchies (upstairs). Top this pampering with the gourmet breakfast served at 9 am in the morning ... delicacies such as heated apples and pecans in caramel sauce, followed by a main course such as stirred eggs and pumpkin pancakes with bacon and apple muffins awaits. Yum! We can never eat it all, but wish we could! The menu changes every day. And of course there is fresh coffee, tea, and juices. All in all, the Bishops House is a totally delicious and pampering experience. We love it there, and can’t wait to go back each year for a truly special treat.

Had the pleasure of visiting the Bishop's House for a weekend visit and really enjoyed my time there. The breakfast every morning was outstanding and the staff is very helpful and informative. The room was very nice and spacious and the added drinks/snacks on the 3rd floor are a great thought. Parking out back was ample and all of the directions and restaurant suggestions were helpful.
