Erin, we are very sorry for the delay in our response. We are hopeful that you have reached out to someone directly regarding your 2018 Breakfast with Santa experience. Breakfast with Santa has been an annual tradition at the Tidewater Inn for many years. As this event grows in popularity, we have tried to accommodate the larger crowds and make adjustments to how we execute the event. As you experienced, we had many challenges that we have spoken about extensively internally to ensure that we create an event that exceeds our guests expectations. We are hopeful to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back for this year's event.

We didn't notice any noise or loud acoustics that detracted from our experience. There were, as I recall, hard bare floors, high ceilings, and tables configured in an open area. We saw people around us, but I don't remember discomforting acoustics. We enjoyed the historic ambiance, sights, sounds, and all.
