This is what happened after one night. Horrible horrible experience!!! I knew when I got there is looked bad. I was tired and it was 1:00 am. I just wanted to rest for the night. Now I'm miserable every night. I have stayed at many hotels all over but this one by far takes the cake for disgusting hotel. Should...

South end of College Park Nice rooms, good internet.. Decent breakfast. close to metro to go downtown.. Not walking close though unless you are up for almost a mile.. University of MD. is about the same distance away.. CVS is just down street as are many shops and restaurants..

Whenever you have a bussiness that related to the University of Maryland, you could consider to.stay at this property. Very strategic location to find places to eat, to shop and to use public transportation around. But the room was pretty old, need some refreshment.

Location is good, but the rooms are very old and the hotel looks and runs not good at all. In addition it is very noisy. The breakfast is of most cheapest possible level. I would strongly recommend to stay away and to pay a few extra $ elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable. Close it down. Bullet points rather than prose is better: * Dead cockroach on floor; * Dirt, gunk, dust galore in crease between wall and floor especially at bedhead; * Blood spots on all four pillows and bedsheets; * Spots on mattress; * Candy bar wrapper on floor behind lampstand; * Bathroom door plywood breaking up (evidence of...

The room was ok. The bathroom was another story! Had to clean the toilet seat to be able to use it, the dirt and mold around the bathroom was shocking to say the least. This wasn't a cheap priced hotel, so I expected more from it. The breakfast was so poor, cheap and cold plus no space to sit. Wouldn't...

On the way to the building/room, my daughters and I were commenting how old and rusty the outside of the building looked...but our thought was as look as our room was okay it really did not bother us. WELL, we got to the room and the door was...

Stayed 4 days! Did not want maid service, but when we asked for replacement towels and washcloths, we could not get them! Finally I took some hand towels off of the maids cart, and she had a fit! I called the office, and they said the manager would call me. Never did. We went down to talk in person, but...
