This past August my family and I experienced the most unpleasant stay at this hotel. We arrived only to find out they did not have handicapped accessible rooms. We were rudely asked if we wanted the room or not because she had other people waiting. It was late at night. We opted to stay, with children, and with all other hotels filled at capacity. We reserved for 4 nights. It was, rudley suggested we go to Walmart to buy a chair for my wheelchair daughter. By the 3rd night, again coming in late, there were people blocking the ramp at front door, after politely asking who the car belonged to. The girl at front desk shouted and told me to wait, leaving my daughter in wheelchair outside until they were done. I am still in disbelief that there are hotels with no wheelchair access, the rest of staff was ok, even though they still did nothing to accommodate our special needs.

Stayed here for two weeks on business. Room was well maintained and bathrooms kept clean. It may be useful to place a rubber bathtub mat in your bathtubs (though it may require additional cleaning) as it is easy to slip on the bathtub surfaces when wet. I saw quite a few construction worker types and what looked like people who were living there on a long term basis, but these people were for the most part quiet. There were occasionall situations when I was awoken by people having arguments on the phone outside in the parking lot. Traffic sucks in the area, as it does throughout the greater Washington DC area. Brian Ghilliotti

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. My family and I drove 8 hours to stay 3 days. We got there and the woman Kathy behind the window stated our reservation was cancelled with a fax 9 days prior and kept saying “ I don’t know what to tell you” numerous times. At this point in time, I didn’t know what to do, I was willing to take anything just so my children could get some rest before exploring DC the following day. She mentioned she would of had my room if I were there 2 hours ago and they were sold out due to the air show. She said she could give me a king size smoking room but I would have to pay the extra charge. She then told me she had more people to take care of so I needed to leave until I knew what I was going to decide. She’s was very short, rude and stated I could come back Monday to speak with Sam the manager, however that would have not helped me on the present time. Thankfully I noticed there was a comfort inn practically next door and they had several vacancies.

As a vet I give respect to all people no matter who they are. Visiting AFB to check in and the clerk was very rude to say at the least. I ask to check in early. He said he had little rooms but showed me one that was not clean and had roaches and a used condom in the room. NO RESPECT FOR VETS. After asking him to reframe from talking to me in that manor and telling him again I was a veteran he said bad works something to the effect Trump and his military can go do yourself. Needless to say I didn't stay in this hotel. A picture of the clerk is attached.
