Is but a bit of wisdom from our innkeeper. We enjoyed our stay, the good breakfasts, the front porch, and our comfortable and wise innkeeper. It's a beautiful Victorian house that keeps attracting your eye. Transition is in the winds, so don't hesitate in booking.

We stayed at the Widow's Walk Inn for a weekend in May and absolutely enjoyed it. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable. The hospitality was exceptional and both Bob and Susan, the Innkeepers couldn't have been nicer, funnier and helpful. We've stayed in Chestertown 3 times before and truly regret not spending each time at Widow's Walk Inn. I... More

Had the best weekend at this charming and quaint B&B. Bob and Susan were just out of this world with their hospitality and charm. Would recommend a stay here. The locality was wonderful and we were lucky enough to be there on Memorial Weekend so were treated to all sorts of local activities

5/20/16, In town for college graduation and stayed at Widow's Walk Inn. The B&B is an 1877 Victorian and was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The innkeepers stay in the carriage house in the back of the property and we (two couples) had the whole house to ourselves. The house is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and is just one... 3/7/16 We stayed here this past week-end. We have stayed at many, many B&Bs in the states and overseas. This was a superior stay! The home is beautiful with an old fashioned feel. Rooms are immaculate and totally comfortable. There was nothing lacking and felt I just had to comment.

The Innkeepers, Bob and Susan, certainly made our visit enjoyable. The breakfasts were very good and Bob never met a good joke that he didn't like (or a bad one for that matter). The Inn is in the center of the town and in walking distance from several good restaurants. We had three rooms and the Inn to ourselves. The... More

Just a few blocks from the river. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Our room (downstairs) was spacious and comfortable. Great mattress. Our host was entertaining. And the breakfast was delicious.

We enjoyed our stay very much with Inn Keeper Bob & his wife Suzan in their beautiful period house. It was like staying with old friends. Our experience extended beyond Bobs good food to include entertaining conversation & story telling a breakfast time.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it. Bob is hilarious with his sarcastic humor and he has a great memory of what you tell him. Bob is a great conversationalist and we enjoyed talking with him about a huge range of topics. I really appreciated his candidness when recommending things to do in the area.... More

Widow's Walk Inn is a traditional bed-and-breakfast decorated in the Victorian era in charming Chestertown, Maryland. The hosts are knowledgeable about where to eat and provided us with stories of interest. Kayaking at the public boat ramp was easily accessible by the marina and there was no boat traffic at all.
