Charming proprietors and home. The room was spacious and well appointed. Location was perfect for walking to dinner. Don't miss dinner at Bistro Poplar but save room for a delicious breakfast at The Cambridge House. Max,the pup, and his owners make you feel right at home!

We were greeted warmly by Jim and Marianne at the door, and shown around the beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms. Everything was perfect, the tasty breakfast meals, the lovely garden with a small pond the birds would congregate at in the morning, and of course the lovely historic neighborhood location. The trip was something of a last minute whim, and...

The room, bed and atmosphere were perfect! The location is walking distance to Eagleman transition, so it is an excellent choice for triathletes. Jim and Marianne really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need! I highly recommend.

PROS: The couple who own and operate this B&B were charming. My friend and I both enjoyed having the dog and the cat have the run of the place. The location, walking distance to the wharf, the farmers' market, and local restaurants, was perfect. The breakfast was a delicious, farm-to-table meal, and our dietary restrictions were definitely taken into consideration....

My new husband Ryan and I stayed at Cambridge House B&B for our 3-day "mini-moon" after getting married. This was the perfect choice. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and airy. We got much-needed high quality sleep after a busy wedding weekend. The couple running the B&B, Jim and Marianne, are absolutely wonderful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning was delicious...

Came to Cambridge to cycle tour with some middle-aged and young adult friends. So far, our riding has been rained out, but this beautiful B&B has been much more than a welcome dry place to wait out the rain. The rooms are large, well lit, and filled with unique folk art gathered during our hosts' time in the US Foreign...

The owners were extremely welcoming and gracious, and their dog, Max, was so sweet! I slept very well in the Queen Anne room, which is rare for me sleeping in new places. Very comfortable! Breakfasts were wonderful and it was nice that they were willing to accommodate our semi-difficult eating preferences. Quiet location near water, but only a few minutes...

The Cambridge House provided us with the best bed and breakfast experience ever. The property is a beautiful Victorian home situated near the marina and river on a cobblestone street in a peaceful neighborhood reminiscent of a by-gone era. Our room was so pleasant we chose to spend a good deal of our time at Cambridge House enjoying our peaceful...

We had planned a trip through Cambridge on our way to friends in Delaware and it should have been a sleepy visit but the Ironman competition had been rained out due to those heavy storms but little Cambridge pulled together and gave those men and women a second chance! An amazing feat indeed. The Cambridge House supplied us all with...
