Came here on a business trip and the staff was friendly, room cleaned and have no complaints. If your looking for a quite clean hotel then this is the place for you. Its near transportation and shops to eat.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, most recently for two weeks with other associates who were here for training. I needed the wifi desperately for work that I had to do during the two weeks, and after continuous problems, I finally gave up. Repeated calls to the front desk yielded answers like, login to CNN and then go to...

We were there for two nights and found it to be one of the nicest hotels we ever stayed in. Impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet including the soft closing doors. While that may seem minor, nothing is more annoying then slamming doors and noise from upper floors. Our suite had a living room, fully equipped kitchen, large bath and king...

Very friendly and well-intentioned but inconsistent front desk folks. The included morning breakfast offerings are at times incredibly overcooked and sometimes good. I have stayed in four different rooms and my biggest complaints are that if you are in a suite, the bedroom has no thermostat so it gets a bit chilly, and the size of the cups they provide...

Really nice hotel right in the center of busy Bethesda. Professional, friendly staff from the valet parking to the desk. Nice, if not fancy, breakfast was ok. Very clean, comfortable, and modern room. Easy walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. Close to Metro.

Almost everything about this place is amazing. The rooms are very nice - I stayed in a standard room, which was anything but standard. It had a huge king bed in the bedroom, a bathroom with a huge tub, a living room with a comfy couch and chair, a little kitchen with a full sized fridge, and a dining table....

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. Good breakfast, some what friendly staff, good access to the metro. Valet was very good about getting you in and out. Good sized rooms. Problems though (and why I would never stay again). 1) LOUD - we stayed on the 10th floor facing the Hilton Garden Inn and we could still hear all the...

Hello lilbruingirl, I sincerely apologize about your experiences during your recent stay. Regarding the noise in your suite. It is unusual that we get complaints about the city noise as most of our suites are very quiet. There is a possibility that the windows were not completely closed and sealed tight. Occasionally adjustments are needed on the window seals. The...

I have stayed here countless times with trips to DC to NIH. This is a nice Apart Hotel with free breakfast. The rooms all have kitchens and Living rooms/Dining Rooms and a separate Bedrooms. All come with full Kitchens so you can stay here for extended stays. 2 Blocks away from the Subway.

This is situated in Downtown Bethesda with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Our one bedroom suite was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good as well. But it's a little pricey as well as the price of valet parking.

Great staff -- my husband and I were in town for a medical procedure and we requested a quiet room for him to recover and the front desk staff helped us out. The breakfast was excellent and the staff kept an eye on keeping the area clean and re-stocked. Only 1 negative is there is no parking -- we were...
