Good and clean facility. All things worked well. No hot tub while there. Kids love the pool. Pool had a good size chip in it though on the floor. Bagged breakfast but coffee was good and warm. Great large screen televisions. Plenty of drawers. Plenty of fridge room.

I highly recommend this gem of a hotel seemingly in the middle of nowhere. It features a full range of amenities, including a fine and friendly staff who will go the distance to meet your needs. I'm certain it would be even better without the Covid restrictions on full complimentary breakfast, but muffin and fruit in a bag and good coffee does suffice. It has a nice workout room and pool, and it is very clean everywhere. My room was so comfortable and roomy, and the bed very comfortable. Good WIFI . I was able to adjust my room temp with ease, Lots of outlets, excellent lighting. Wish the hot tub was fixed, though...

Had a Queen room suite that worked out well. Enjoyed the pool with my daughter. My better half had to stay in the room with the dog as you can't leave animals in the room unattended but that makes sense to me so no big deal. LIke that they had places on either side of the hotel to take Jackson out so he could get some exercise after riding in the truck most of the day. Room was clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. All in all a good stay and I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

I am writing this review about a very upsetting situation we had at this hotel in Wilton Me. We reserved and checked into a king room for 2 adults. When I made the reservation I put in the comments section we needed a first-floor room near an outside door because I have difficulty walking long distances. We drove down to the door that was closest to the room only to find that I had to climb a 5- inch curb to get from the parking lot to the sidewalk and then another stair to navigate a bit farther down the sidewalk. I couldn't enter the hotel this way. The other option was to enter the lobby and walk down a long hallway to the room which was also not possible for me. When my sister went to the desk to tell the clerk she simply stated they had no room types like ours. She offered no other options and no refund and no empathy at all. She was a young woman, tall medium build, and brown hair. I wish we had gotten her name. A little way down the road we thought to check the Choice App and see if it was true there were no rooms available. There were lots of rooms open and different types of rooms including a handicapped accessible room. We could not understand why we were treated this way. I was very upset about being discriminated against. It is hard enough to be a handicapped person in this world without being treated like this. We are Choice Platinum members and the clerk knew this. What kind of a hotel does not try to make things right for a guest especially when I had outlined my issues with walking when I made the reservation?

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I would like to assure you, we do our best to accommodate all guest requests. We never want anyone to leave feeling as though their needs were not met. Our handicap accessible rooms are located at the end of the hall on each floor, near the stairwells and exits. It sounds as though your room was located in the same area as the one on first floor. It is very likely there were no other kings available as the desk clerk stated. They are our most popular room. We may have been able to move you to another room type if you had requested but it is quite possible the ones close to the elevator were already occupied. I apologize if these things were not explained clearly to you and I encourage you to contact me directly at the hotel so we can discuss this further. Again, we apologize for your disappointment and I would appreciate the opportunity to speak directly with you.
