Patrick is a wonderful host and takes pride in running an impeccably clean B&B. A delicious breakfast is prepared and served every morning and I still can't decide which breakfast was my favorite! I'm so glad we decided to stay at this historic B&B and look forward to returning when we are in the area.

We stay at the Holiday Guest House Bed & Breakfast every time we are in the Wells, Maine area. If you enjoy bed & breakfast stays, try this one out! We enjoy the atmosphere of this 19th century building and furnishings. Each room is full of charm and decorated beautifully. The rooms are impeccably maintained and the beds differ from firm to pillowtop- if you have a preferred mattress type just ask Patrick and he can guide you to the desired mattress type & room . Breakfast is delicious (the frittata, egg bake french toast, and blueberry pancakes are my favorites). Patrick is professional, friendly, and makes great recommendations for dining/activities in the area.

Wonderful B&B hosted by Patrick. Lovely room in a very historical home. Patrick is the perfect host and obviously enjoys hosting guests. A gregarious and warm person. Wonderful breakfast of waffles with strawberries, sliced banana and Maine syrup. Recommended.

Trip to Wells, Maine stayed at the beautiful Holiday Guest House Bed & Breakfast, owned by Patrick who was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the history of the hoke that was built in the 1800's and was visited by Eleanor Roosevelt when visiting a friend. The property is conveniently located to the most popular beaches and towns. We were not able to stay long at the beach because of the weather, but we had a amazing dinner at Ogunquit lobster pound. In the morning Patrick served holla bread French toast with strawberries and syrup and bacon. The room was comfortable and clean and Patrick did a amazing job of decorating the room with the respect of the style when the home was built. I would definitely recommend staying at the Holiday Guest House Bed & Breakfast if you are ever in Wells, Maine Tammy & Haylee Upstate Ny

We enjoyed every minute of our 4-night stay. The house is beautiful, inside and out. Built in 1820, the decor reflects the age and locale. Beautifully appointed rooms. Lush gardens in a lovely setting. Really comfortable beds gave us good nights’ sleep. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious, served by your attentive, pleasant host, Patrick. Lemon-blueberry pancakes to die for, frittatas, challah bread French toast, are just a few of the delights we enjoyed here. Such an enjoyable experience! Thanks, Patrick. Mike & Donna from NH

Very sweet location. Rooms and common areas immaculate! Patrick was the best host serving incredible breakfasts. He offered advice on different sites and was always very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here. I can’t say enough good things to recommend staying with Patrick.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay here this weekend. Our room was large, cozy, clean, and inviting. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner’s tiny dog sunbathing in the entryway. She was adorable and only added to the charm of this quintessential New England Inn. The owner was welcoming, informative, and made the most delicious breakfast for us during our stay. This was everything we had hoped for our long awaited parents weekend away. You won’t be disappointed!

The guest house was quaint and intimate. It has been remodeled and decorated with much detail and care. The bedroom (the West room) was comfortable and nicely decorated although getting to it was a bit tricky if you have mobility issues; the stairs leading up to it are narrow and steep...and creaky (but that is expected from a home that’s almost 200 years old). The bathroom was roomy and had all the necessary amenities. Patrick, the host, was very accommodating considering we arrived past 8 pm. He is friendly, warm and loves to share stories. And his breakfast was scrumptious.

It it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I certainly would! This B&B was nothing short of dreamy. The home itself is absolutely adorable. Our room was picture perfect. It was very clean, very comfortable, very safe, and very accommodating. Patrick, the owner and host, was so kind and helpful; and the breakfast he served each day was divine. If you are wondering if this place would be a nice stay, wonder no more. The answer is yes. 100 times yes! Thank you so much, Patrick! We will definitely be back!!!
