We stayed here four nights and we found great value for our dollar! Uzma and her team do a great job. They are very friendly, the rooms are clean and it is also very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Guhlam was so helpful and friendly! We will certainly stay here again and we recommend it to others. You can park right in front of your hotel room which is such an asset and the motel sits back behind the main house making it very, very quiet.

My wife and I stayed here on our way home from a 40th anniversary trip to Acadia. What a wonderful location. Only a short 5 minute drive from a couple of beaches and a lighthouse. Very nice place to stay. And across the street (almost) from the Yodeling Clam. My wife got a fresh caught lobster steamed specially for her. She was very lucky to get her order in on the last day they were open. She was most impressed. Since I'm not a fan of seafood I walked across the street to Home Town Pizza. Delicious.

We chose this motel since we were traveling north and needed a one night accommodation and because of the good/excellent reviews. The location was great and the motel did accept one night reservations. We were very surprised with our room. Although all of the rooms appeared to be non-smoking, it obviously had been smoked in. It also smelled of some sort of "air freshener" that was used to cover the smell of the smoke....the combination was almost worse. Cigarette butts were seen on the pavement just outside our door. The room was clean but very old and tired, not resembling the photos on their site.. The lighting was very poor and impossible to use when getting ready in the morning. If you need a room it will suffice but please do not expect a facility that rates anything above low average.

This little motel was great. It was clean and well maintained. The appearance of the room was lite and airy not dark and dreary. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone. It was more comfortable then the B&B would stayed at the 2 nights prior.

I booked this little gem back in March when the motel we usually stay at in Wells( on the beach) wouldn't take a reservation for just a Friday night (not the full weekend) in high season(Aug). This was one of the area motels with availability that weekend so I called and spoke with a lovely lady Uzma , one of the new owners. She said we could book for one night with no problem at all. So I booked the 2 rooms we needed . We stayed there this past Friday night and were so pleased with everything. Greeted by a nice gentleman also an owner. Rooms were extremely clean, very nice amenities including microwave, refrigerator, great flat screen TV. Pool looked sparkling clean. The motel itself is behind the main house so there is no traffic noise from busy rt 1 at all. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. A great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
