Rooms were clean, not overly large, but adequate as a base for exploring. Staff was terrific, laundry room clean and convenient, and parking ample. While there in mid-October 2016, the foliage was at its peak and the temperatures were very comfortable. Close to Nubble Lighthouse, 3 hours from Acadia National Park, this was a great experience for us.

Our stay at Nautical Mile had good and bad. Each rental unit is slightly different because they are owned by different people and therefore decorated/furnished individually. We were in unit 238. The overall location of the complex is decent - restaurants, grocery store, mini golf, pharmacy nearby and the ocean is 1 mile down the road with an easy walk....

I booked a 1-bedroom condo through II for a week at the very start of the season, over Memorial Day. The staff are excellent, very helpful. We were able to upgrade into a 3-bedroom townhouse upon arrival for a very reasonable rate and it was fantastic! My mom, my son and I each had our own room with private balconies....

Lovely get away. Heated pool and hot tub. Less than 5 minutes from the ocean. Nice staff, very helpful and polite. Free wifi is kinda iffy, but when it works it's fine! Laundry on site and lots of amenities. My family has a timeshare here and we come every year. This year me and my boyfriend came. Very happy would...

Clean, family friendly resort. Tennis courts, basketball courts, gas grills, outdoor heated pool and large hot tub. The rooms are not large, unless you rent one of the three bedroom condos. One mile to the beach. Right next to great breakfast place.

Sadly this place is fading in quality. The tennis and basketball court are under constant repair. The hoops have been broken for years. Though they upgraded the pool the rooms are average with poor quality mattresses. It's a great location being next to congdons but the quality is fading.

Motel style with small suite's but has everything for a home base. Not really a resort and can be disappointing if comparing to other Time Shares. Friendly staff, has the basic amenities needed for a good price if your doing lots of local sight seeing. Bed was very hard and a bit back breaking.

Nautical mile is family friendly. One bedroom units are clean and well maintained. Townhouses are three floors and spacious. Summer provides a well maintained swimming pool and new jacuzzi. Complex is quiet and has a lot of amenities for kids. Pricing is excellent. You get a full kitchen, jacuzzi bathroom and private one bedroom with porch for the price of...
