We stayed in the two story unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Size was perfect for our family of 5. My 2 girls shared the queen bed downstairs and my son was comfy in the pull out sleeper sofa. It was awesome for my husband and I to have our own private bedroom/bathroom upstairs. We stayed during covid 19 so no housekeeping. The kitchen was well appointed with cutlery, pans, and dishes. At first we were disappointed that there were only 4 chairs at dining table (family of 5), but we found an extra chair in downstairs closet. The beds were comfy and we had nice large flat screen TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. The location is close to everything... and the a/c really cranks. Also, the landscaping is extremely well maintained. Beautiful grounds. The kids enjoyed the large playground structure as well as the pool. Please take note only 10 people allowed in pool room at a time during Covid. Of course there was a family of 8 that stayed for a long period of time, so we decided to do something else, when we returned they were gone and my kids got to enjoy. So as long as you’re patient with using amenities and don’t mind cleaning/ making your own bed, you’ll have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

During Covid this place was exceptional. It was recommended by a friend that has stayed for the last twenty years. Super clean - everything worked excellent. Staff took Covid 19 very serious and put great policies in effect to help minimize any concerns. I can see why friends keep going back every year. Maintenance guys made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Varano's Italian right at foot of property. -Excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a bottom one bedroom unit. You can here people walking around upstairs but it was not crazy noisy ! I would expect this being on the bottom floor. Don't want to here anything - Book the two bedroom second floor units. You will not be sorry if you book here. Not right on the water but a great view of the marsh. Great location ! Wish the bedroom had a TV in it. Highly recommend this place!

Room Tip: Higher two bedroom units have a little less noise. We did NOT feel the noise in our bottom one...

My spouse and I have stayed at this resort several times and have been pleased each time. The resort is in a great location—a walkable mile from the beach, walking distance to a great bread place (Borealis Bread) and a grocery store, and only three miles from the Maine Diner. It proved to be a good place to stay during the covid pandemic also. The units have kitchens and dining tables (outdoor picnic tables also) to minimize the need to eat out. No staff go into the unit during one’s stay; towels are left outside the room for replacement. The only misstep was when I noticed another room being cleaned by someone without a mask.

Well maintained grounds and rooms! Walk to beach is partially along the road, but pretty and not too far. Lots to do in the area. Grocery store across the street. Staff was helpful and pleasant. COVID19 impacted our stay, as no cleaning services in room, but dropped off clean linens each day as needed. Also, not allowed to open hot tub and sauna yet.

We have been coming to Misty Harbor for years now. The location is wonderful as are the local restaurants. The best part was the price! Misty Harbor offers specials throughout the year that made this so very affordable. Highly recommend them 🙂
