This hotel was great. Nothing fancy, but everything was very clean and the breakfast options were nice. We appreciated that the hotel was a short walk to the grocery store. The hotel also had a fridge and microwave in the room which we used. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Waterville.

Son and I were visiting colleges, since he's a night owl and I'm not the ability to get a suite at a very reasonable rate was fantastic. The suite was extremely spacious with a main room that included a sleeper sofa, comfy chair, and tv area, a kitchenette with a small table and a couple of chairs and a desk area. The bedroom was also big and the bathroom had a massive vanity and full sized tub. While the finishes were not quite as upscale as other higher end hotels, and there was a faint musty odor, you can't beat the space. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure and good hot water. Breakfast was more than adequate with scrambled eggs and sausages, cereal and oatmeal, breads and pastries. There was also some yogurts and whole fresh fruit. One thing I did find distasteful was that everytime I walked by it seemed like one of the front desk staff was out front of the hotel smoking.…

We’ve stayed in many HI Expresses and this was by far the best one. Staff friendly and helpful and rooms were in good shape with excellent furnishings. Location is great, with easy access to the interstate. Deanna went out of her way to make sure the breakfast was good. She was very helpful and friendly and most of all, there were warm cinnamon rolls.

We arrived and were checked in by a delightful young woman named Kiki. She had excellent customer service skills and a bright smile. The facility was clean, comfortable and quiet. We stayed a second night on our return trip from Acadia National Park.

Room was clean with very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Plumbing wasn't the best with low water pressure, but otherwise no complaints. Relatively quiet rooms which were modernized recently. Well stocked breakfast buffet. Area is not the best.

We were in town for a funeral and were looking for accommodations for a few nights. This appeared to be one of the better hotels in the area. Upon our arrival, I was told our room was being upgraded based on the online booking. My wife and I had booked a room with a King bed and were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. My folks and cousin had also booked rooms in the hotel, but were due to arrive the following day. We checked with the management and were allowed to have them stay in our room with us so their reservations were canceled without fees. There was also a pull out sofa in the living room. The breakfast buffet could use a little work, but overall, a great stay.

Stayed here for a quick one-night stop. Convenient to get to. Lots of parking. Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds – we had 2 queen beds. Room spacious. Bathroom large. Fridge worked well. Didn't use coffee maker or microwave. Breakfast was fantastic - lots to choose from, hot & cold. Shampoo & body wash are large containers in the shower. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for a couple of nights. The room itself was a nice size and things worked well, the TV got a lot of channels. The room also had a fridge, and sleep quality was fine. There was an exercise room with machines that had TVs which was cool. I liked the location, it is just off the interstate, and you can walk to some restaurants and supermarket nearby, or walk all the way to downtown or Colby College, if you are so inclined (is about 30 minutes).

We stayed here for a conference in town. The hotel was clean and up to date. The beds were amazing!! We were in a room with 2 queens and I want to find out the mattress brand that's how comfy it was! Friends stayed in a king room - bed not as comfy they said.

This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly, professional staff. The breakfast lady is so friendly and delivers up an amazing breakfast. the room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful bed and Great pillows! We’d love to come back to this area.
