While charming and ever do accommodating to out vegan requests..it is out of town and if you are unlucky enough to get room1-4, you will have bar noise until late at night! The bathroom could use a good scrubbing around the floors but overall wasn't horrible! Breakfast is NOT included.

We had a 1 night stay in this excellent establishment just a few clicks from St.Andrews. The room was spacious and bright and clean. The bathroom was huge and a welcome addition to our stay as we'd been on the road for 4 weeks and most of our accommodation included pokie bathrooms. Not here though. A very comfy bed ensured... This was a fairly nice hotel, and only about a 10 minute drive away from St. Andrews. It was quite expensive for for a night and bit outdated. The rooms are very large and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Make sure to close your windows at night, or the sheep may keep you up!

Booked in here on spur of the moment after day trip to St Andrews! It looks like converted farm buildings, and rooms have a cottage feel to them. Our room was clean and modern, with nothing really to fault in it. They serve food in the main building, but we didn't eat there so can't comment. There was also a... More

Spent our last night of a Scottish Holiday here - the accommodation could not be faulted - modern large rooms with lovely bathrooms - we didn't test out the jacuzzi bath but only because we were in a hurry to get back on the road home .It is near St Andrews so good place to drop in when visiting children... We arrived late, soaking wet and cold. Our host encouraged us to take our time, find the fireplace in the lounge, have a drink and order at our leisure. The local gins and beer and the wine list were excellent, the food unexpectedly good, and much of it locally sourced. The trio of rhubarb desserts--crisp, trifle and ice cream--was out... More

What a nice surprise in finding this Inn about 5 miles from St Andrews. Quiet, clear, a bit old but well kept. The breakfast was especially wonderful. Probably the best breakfast our entire 3 week trip to the UK. Great value also.

Got the last room in the hotel - it was facing the main road, which we were told, and it was the room for people with mobility issues. However, all was well. The room, their most basic, was of a good size and the wet room bathroom was huge. A tea tray was appreciated. I took ear plugs and the... More

From the room to the welcome, service and food.....everything was fantastic will definitely be back😀😀😀 the breakfast was perfect, plenty to choose from. Eggs were awesome. Staff were very attentive and know bed and it was great to hear that they are pet friendly. I will definitely be returning soon with my springer.

I booked two rooms here for a night during a road trip with my in laws. Mostly all positive things to say: charming from the outside, quiet/serene area, very clean rooms, nice staff, good/easy parking, all on ground level (no stairs for my MIL), good breakfast! The only negative thing I'd say is that the rooms were a bit boring,... More
