Everything was great. Easy check in. Our tenting site was cleaned/raked (rarity these days and great to see), and was large and spacious. Bathrooms were tidy. Tons of trash cans discretely put throughout the campground which was handy.

The only suggestion would be to put a short hose on the water spigot in the tenting area. The way it’s set up now the water sprays sideways. Difficult to fill a pail or bottle that way.

Very quiet & peaceful at night and in the morning. Would have stayed another night but they were booked up! Hope to stay again before the end of the season. Thank you!

Picturesque, thanks in part to the Scarborough Audubon Marsh, quiet, well-spaced lots. It's location is such that other points of interest are easily accessible. Beach walking is a joy in the off months so the pooch is welcomed to romp and roll. We really appreciate the pet owners picking up after their furry friends so that we can continue to take our pooches for fun in the sand and surf. Even the horses on the beach had catch-bags attached. Will be staying at the Wild Duck again.

In full disclosure, we are RV beginners, so our basis of knowledge to compare locations is minimal. That said, we thought this was a great spot. The work campers, Donna and Bill, were extremely nice and welcoming. We spent just under a week here in our rented RV. Its a pretty small location, and VERY quiet. There is a small central building with a few showers, bathrooms, etc. We used them and found them to be clean and the water hot, but most of the guests appear to use the facilities in their RV's. The WiFi was actually very strong where we were.

Most of the people there mind their own business, but they were friendly when you spoke with them. Many people bring dogs, but the dogs that were there were very quiet and friendly. The location is great, its about a 5-10 minute drive to most of the places in Scarborough, and about 20 into Portland. We really loved our time here, and will definitely go back if we ever do an RV trip again!

Easy check in. Owners are very nice. We really liked the location, only few miles to the beach, we were able to ride our bikes there. There are canoes and kayaks to use on the salt marsh, although we did not, as we just ran out of time. Would definitely go back.

Stayed here with another class A and really enjoyed our stay. You will read other reviews that say it is tight. It is. If you are a capable driver for RVs this long, you will be fine. Other reviews will say that the sites are dirt. They are, but you are camping in a pine forest. That goes with the territory, as does shade. If you want a quiet park with full hookups on the southern Maine coast, then this is a good option. We, and our friends have 45 foot class A's and we pull 16 to 20 foot trailers. We had no problem getting into and out of our sites (C3 and C4 pull throughs). The internet was very good. No satellite of course due to the pine forest canopy. You can get a cable box from office if you need to watch TV. Our friends got one and they got a lot of channels. We opted for OTA and this was fine for us. The restrooms and laundry were immaculate. We didn't use them, but were in awe as to how clean they were. Yuvi in the office was very nice, as was the staff. This park is very convenient to Pine Point and Old Orchard Beach, as well as the southern Maine coast and up to Booth Bay. We camped at Wild Duck Campground & RV Park (Adult Only) in a Motorhome.

We wanted a quiet place to stay where we could social distance without a lot of noise. This campground fit the bill. The sites are tight, but people are nice, dogs are allowed and there are no kids. Lovely. There is a bathhouse with flush toilets, showers and a coin operated laundry room. It is set next to the salt marsh, so you see lots of birds but the bugs can be brutal. They work on keeping it clean and fresh. Bathrooms cleaned several times a day, trash picked up. Full hook up sites. Other campers friendly. It borders on a neighborhood so it is relatively quiet ( which we like). There are lots of places around to see and do , but we did not due to Covid.

We have a small camper and were able to camp in the "peninsula" campsites on the marsh. The marsh accommodations offer privacy and a beautiful view of the marshlands and the birdlife. It's a short walk the to clean bathrooms with clean showers, hot water and dish washing facilities. Friendly helpful staff and the campground is close to groceries, restaurants and a short drive to Portland. We brought our kayaks and there's an easy put-in for the Nonesuch River right at the campground, they also have canoes or kayaks available.

We had a very nice RV site (#24) with a pretty view of the salt marsh behind us. Very shady and rather spacious for an RV site. All of the utilities worked great... we got a cable cord from the office and were able to use that as well.
The owners and staff were very friendly. The facilities were very clean. Nice small campground. Super quiet and dog friendly.
Also - great location... 3 min down the road is the Eastern Trail, 6-8 min to Pine Point Beach. 20 min to OOB and Bay View beach.

Definitely recommend staying here. Especially if your a solo female traveler. It’s beautiful first of all, secondly the on staff feel like family and lastly the free showers produce the hottest water. It was very clean here and wild life come right up to your camp ground!

It was great to get away from the daily stresses and just relax. The campground is located adjacent to a salt marsh with very active bird life. The campsites were nicely arranged and wooded. We recommend the "peninsula" area as it's tucked away in a far corner. The campground was very quiet with just an occasional tractor trailer heard on the adjacent highway (1/2 mile away?). The restrooms/showers were "modern" as mentioned in the marketing info, but they were not very clean over the weekend. Probably need repeat cleaning and re-supplying during the day as they got progressively worse. I always wonder if campers act like this at home - probably not. This was the only negative. We love Maine and would definitely go back tp the Wild Duck. We will also recommend the Wild Duck Campground to our friends.
