My wife and I made our 1st trip to the Northeast. Trade Winds was a great place for our 8 day stay in Maine. The small town of Rockland was very nice. Less than 2 hours to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.

Unbeatable location, right on the main street within easy walking to restaurants, museums, shops, a movie house, lovely water view and easy access to the walking path. The restaurant on site is delicious, but expensive and the facilities are very tired. Rooms are very dated, our electric fireplace didn't work and the heating system was ineffective.

I am a timeshare owner here and have found each and every time I stay, the experience is very comfortable and rewarding. The location is perfect for around town adventures, walks, shopping, eateries, museum visits and the folks are all so very friendly. There is still much more to see and do so I look forward to my stay again. The staff at the front desk are very personable and very helpful.
