The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The room was fabulous. The view was incredible. The breakfast was delicious. They had a wonderful assortment of breakfast foods. Everything was hot and the presentation was awesome.. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room we requested wasn’t available due to my error but the front desk put us in a larger room. The staff was very helpful and everything was wonderful. If our schedule had allowed it, we would have stayed longer because it was such a positive experience.

We booked online and were nervous when we arrived (in the foggy darkness). It looked like an old apartment building, but we were delightfully surprised at how much was updated! The lobby, room and breakfast area were clean, modern and well appointed. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great (especially for a free meal) I know the harbor view would have been good, if we could see it, and it was centrally located with good parking. The staff really shines. The check I’m was smooth (even as she was training someone new) and she even got ice for us when we came down later looking for a machine. The breakfast cre worked hard with refills and were very professional and helpful. My only complaints: the single elevator was small and slow and would be a challenge in the busy season, we needed a place to set down a drink, book or remote by the chair, and the handle on our patio door needs to be tightened. Most hotels seem to get most things about right, but with the inevitable, this could be better, but not here. From check in to check out every interaction with the hotel team and the attention to detail separate this from the norm. Very friendly check in team, could have been more helpful, Erin had just finished making her daily chocolate chip cookies, unsurprisingly they were all gone before breakfast, simply delicious. The room was wonderful, top floor with a harbour view, and when seated, the guard rail didn’t spoil the view, again attention to detail. Breakfast was great, so much choice, the best juices this trip, great coffee and hot options. The only downside, we couldn’t stay longer!

Wonderful experience! We had a great room that overlooked the harbor. The beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom were spotless. The hotel is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops so it was a great location. They offer one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had at a restaurant, lots of different options and a comfortable eating area. Every staff member we came in contact with was personable and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel.

You will not find a better place to stay in the Rockland area!!! Comfortable, spacious room, nice bedding, good breakfast. The staff is very courteous and always very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent, very accommodating and responsive. We asked for a quiet room away from the elevator because we are light sleepers. Our room was very quiet, we did not hear a peep. The breakfast had many options and was well attended. The view of the Harbor is a bonus.

All of the staff at the Rockland Harbor Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The room was quite large, clean, and well appointed. The location, on Main Street near the ferry landing, is very convenient. I would use this hotel any time I am in the area again.

The location was great - right across from the harbor, where we returned after a long weekend on the Stephen Taber Schooner, and within walking distance to pretty much everything in town. The room was large and clean, and the shower was very hot!

We stopped at the harbor hotel the day before thanksgiving as we were on our way up to Acadia. What a lovely surprise. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, the rooms were large and we even had a small balcony. We had a great time and ended up spending a half day in Rockland. Great surprise along our trip. Highly recommend the hotel! Breakfast was also included which was a plus!
