This little oasis on Rangeley Lake is a gem. Family run, we had a great room that faced the lake, offering a peaceful respite after a long drive from Philadelphia. We loved being introduced to Rangeley, as we hope to vacation and come back this summer to explore more the natural beauty of this part of Maine. We met Trevor as he was doing the landscaping early in the morning before we departed for our hiking, which after a fresh snowfall left about 5 inches of snow in the woods with a delightfully sunny 60 degree day to explore. He also was the one who brought breakfast to our room in the morning- delicious oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar- and was also telling us about replacing all the windows in the main house. This is a hands-on family run business, and we were so grateful that they were not only open but so accommodating for us. Our son loved sitting on the porch, seeing the many reflections on the lake that kept reminding us that we were not home in Philadelphia! We had a delightful stay, so thank you Trevor and your team for being so welcoming and for convincing us to come back soon! Cheers to all, Deborah

We had such an amazing stay at the Rangeley Inn. From the first conversation with the front desk staff to check in and all in between. They were so great when we called for ice and towels they delivered within 10 minutes. Also the cabins are so clean and updated and don’t get me started on the views of the lake. The restaurants are within walking distance (Sarges was by far the best) It was such a great experience and we will definitely be back when we visit rangeley. Thank you!!

We recently spent a weekend here. I have to say I was not disappointed at all! They were outstanding! The room was newly remodeled, the staff was super attentive. We ordered breakfast to be delivered to our room, super! Contactless check in, really amazing experience.

Check in is via website and our room was immaculate. They are taking Covid precaution very seriously. Consequently, the restaurant is not open. We got room service for breakfast but would have preferred to have dinner and drinks in the hotel. That's the only reason I didn't give it five stars. The location is great and there is plenty to do in town. We'll be back,

Patricia, thanks so much for your feedback and for recognizing our emphasis on safety and cleanliness. We would also love to have the restaurant open and we understand the disappointment. Unfortunately it wasn't feasible to operate every part of the Inn this season due to lack of help. We're aiming to have the restaurant up and running next summer, and hopefully in a COVID-free environment. We look forward to welcoming you back!

This was our first night away from home since the pandemic started. The inn was very detailed in following CDC guidelines and gave us the confidence to stay there. We originally had reservations elsewhere but after reading reviews and no mention of precautions, we cancelled. The motel room offered a nice pond view with screened in porch. We used the microwave for our dinner and a nearby bakery had awesome goodies for breakfast. Many shops and eateries are also close by. We enjoyed our brief stay in this beautiful area and would certainly recommend the inn to others.

Thank you for deciding to stay with us for your first getaway during the pandemic! Your review means a lot to us because our goal has been to keep everyone safe while staying or working here, and to provide people with the confidence to visit during the pandemic. We've received criticism for being excessive or paranoid, but we think safety is more important than popularity. Thanks so much for your vote of confidence!
