A bit of luxury in the wilderness to enjoy Spring, Summer and Fall. Hunter Cove Cabins is a complex of seven individual cabins, set on a six-acre property, on the shores of Rangeley Lake. Summers warmth brings concerts, Art & Craft exhibitions, a logging festival, cookouts, water sports, and scenic golf at Mingo Springs Golf Course. Loons wail and Moose entertain. Brilliant foliage in September and October bring game-bird season. Spring offers some of the best fishing for trout and land locked salmon.

We stayed in Cabin 6. Everything we needed and more. We were in town for a wedding but wanted to be away from the crowd. Sitting on the dock at night was sheer bliss. The stars and the sound of the looms was worth every dollar spent. Highly recommend !

Excellent location and hospitality. Stayed in Cabin 2 for 4 nights. The layout of the cabins are well thought out with a spacious screened porch and plenty of pegs to dry towels and a clothes. Brought our own kayaks and easily launched off one of their docks. Chris is a very attentive and gracious host.

We were at Hunter Cove in late July, and loved every minute of it. The cabins overlook the cove, and each one has a view of the cove from the front porch. It's awesome to hear the loons calling across the lake at night from the cabin. Walking down to the cove, there is kayaking, swimming, fishing, and a dock out in the water for swimmimg. The owners let folks bring their own kayaks or motorboats as well. The cabins are clean, and look picture perfect, with wood plank walls and ceilings. The cabins each have a bathroom, a small kitchen with a fridge and stove, and ample sleeping space for a family. In summary, we love Hunter Cove, and plan to be back again next year. Mike

We had an amazing time with friends at Hunter Cove! The cover owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and the adorable cabins in this idyllic setting was just the type of vacation my family needed. We spent time on the lake and enjoyed family fun with our young kids. Definitely made some wonderful memories for a lifetime! We'd most definitely return.

It certainly helped that you had wonderful weather. Please come and visit with us again. Both parents and kids appeared exhausted after your busy weekend. I hear one of the kids was sound asleep not ten minutes down the road. Thanks so much for your TripAdvisor review and look forward to seeing you again.
