My wife and I stayed here Friday into Saturday and it was an amazing stay. The inn is minutes away from downtown, plenty of parking options, wifi, an AMAZING book and DVD selection in their social area, heated bathroom floors, and a fantastic breakfast that runs from 8-10 I believe. This will be our go to for when we stay...

Thank you so much for the wonderful array of delicious and healthy foods. Vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options abound and everything was fantastic. Also appreciated was the tea and coffee available at all times. The room had a nice reading nook and we were very comfortable.

Visiting from London was lucky to stay at the Mercury Inn for 3 nights. Tim, the owner and host, is extremely welcoming and was so helpful in giving great local advice on where to visit, eat and drink which if visiting Portland is crucial as there are so many amazing options. The location of the Mercury Inn is perfect for...

The Mercury Inn is the perfect home base for visiting Portland. It's centrally-located, with a quirky-stylish vibe (in true local style) and many unique little flourishes, from the blue and gold lobster wallpaper in the entryway to the repurposed mess hall table in the dining room. The breakfast, lovingly prepared each day by the innkeeper, is fantastic and features various...

Where to start on how amazing our stay was at the Mercury Inn. I guess we will start at the beginning. We opted to park on the street and had no issues finding a spot. There were many spaces available. Self check in (if you want it), it could not be any easier. You get a text with the entry...

My friend and I stayed at the Mercury Inn for just a night, but we wish it was longer! Our room (IV) was spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was friendly and accessible. The common areas are adorable and comfortable (I especially loved the gold lobster wallpaper!) It's located in a nice, residential area of...

We stayed for two nights in the two room suite on the third floor. The good included Tim's breakfasts which although limited, were tasty. My wife loved his homemade yogurt and his egg dishes were very good. Our first impression of the inn was not good. The yards in front and off to the side were filled with tall overgrown...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend wedding in the old port. This lodging was superb for our purposes. We were able to walk the city and take in many attractions. The B&B was clean cozy and accommodating.

Four of us (2 couples) stayed here in July for a first-time visit to Portland. Whenever we're back, I would definitely stay at the Mercury again! I appreciated the info we got ahead of time and the easy self check-in. Parking was also a breeze, as we found a spot out front. We walked everywhere and didn't have to move...
